My wife and I recently attended a Lords' Kitchen soup kitchen event. We really enjoyed being able to have a night out together and be in a community of service.Seeing people we know sharing an evening af awareness and contribution. The volunteers ,who were our host, gave of themselves and put a face on an organization we had only known through the sharing of others. When we to;d others about the event people responded with interest. We look forward to continuing our support with the knowledge that they serve others when others are in need. The Lord's Pantry does so much for our community. The volunteers are very kind and generous and organized. My son did his high school project there and it made him appreciate what he has and the importance of sharing his time and talent helping others.
