Hope Stone reaches hundreds of children a year with mindful arts education taught by passionate, seasoned professional artists in multiple disciplines. The instructors teach love, respect, self discipline, and countless other invaluable life skills while providing the highest quality instruction. The joy of a Hope Stone classroom is indescribable.
Hope Stone Inc uses creativity, dance, and art to enrich the lives of people, inclusive of age and socioeconomic background. As someone who has attended a variety of events and classes over the years, I'm convinced that Hope Stone is effective and throw my full support behind them. They turn children into confident critical thinkers, and light up the brains and bodies of seniors, and pass along joy to all those encountered along the way.
My partner and I chose Hope Stone as our beneficiary as we launched our business this year and we are so happy with this decision. Jane made an effort to come out to our launch event and speak on #artforall, invited us after to see the choreography she had been working on and is currently collaborating with us on community outreach programs that we can get involved in. Working with Hope Stone as our beneficiary is about more than donating money, it's about making a real difference and Jane is a pleasure to work with. She is truly inspiring and passionate about what she does.
I have found Hope Stone, Inc., to be the most careing, encouraging, creative and exhilerating organization for children through adults in dance, yogo, music and appreciating the arts in general ,of any other non-profit of its type.
The professional staff gives personal, hands on, teaching to each participant in every program. The afterschool programs for "children at risk" teaches them responsibility along with the arts: dancing, drums, theater and exercise. Each year this group is provided the opportunity to see live theater, free! Many times it's their only experience visiting a theater, seeing a live performance and then talking about it's impact on them after.
Please recognize this Outstanding Organization.

Great people doing great things for our community! I have been personally associated with Hopestone since its inception and have seen so much good come from this organization.
Hope stone and Jane weiner are the best thing that has happen to Houston . Look at all the young people she helps to give a purpose and confidence. There are many sides to Hope Stone. We need to multiple Jane and Hope Stone 10 times over!!!!!'
I love Hope Stone - it truly is a Chapel of the Arts! The teachers they bring in are top notch and the atmosphere is so calm, vibrant and up-lifting you can't help have fun. Jane and crew really know how to run a Studio (Chapel) well!!!
I love Hope Center because it's like a family. Hope Center's staff and visitors bond over a common passion: dance! I loved last year's production of "Village of Waltz." It was incredible - etherial, magical, soothing, thrilling. It was magnificently choreographed and executed. I love dancing with Hope Center so much that I travel from Clear Lake to class on the weekends! Thanks for doing what you do!
The warm, inviting atmosphere, the talented and patient teachers, then great kids programs, and amazing resident dance compnay...this is one of the best organizations in Houston HANDS DOWN.
This program is heart-felt, and world-class, bridging art and community ! Jane's passion and persuasion has changed the life of many youth; if anyone doubts the influence and meaning of art in daily life, visit Hope Stone!
Hope Stone is a great organization with skilled teachers and mentors providing arts education to "at-risk" children. It is a safe place where kids can come to learn, and explore their creative abilities giving them a wonderful outlet for expressing themselves.
I have found Hope Stone to be a wonderful organization that brings the Arts to the community by providing programs for all ages.
The freshest place in Houston for dance, for kids, for movement, for theater, for ART! Excellence in all they do, and they hug you as well. Jane Weiner and the Hope Stone Dance Company are brillant each time they take the stage. The Kid's Play program is outstanding and supports at-risk kids as well.
Hope Stone is making difference in childrens' lives (and those who are part their lives and to those that give to Hope Stone as well)...giving them purpose, self-esteem, confidence, safe-haven and...lest we forget, ART! These are invaluable to young people whose lives are often fragile and complicated. Making a positive difference in their lives makes a positive difference in the community. Amen to that.
