Hope Equine is a very special rescue. It may not be big but every horse and donkey gets one on one with Dani. She takess care of all of them everyday. So when something isn't right with them she knows it right away. I watched training videos with the rescues and they are very patient and gentle with them. It's great that they follow up on the rescues who are adopted out. With all I seen and heard this little rescue is 1 of a kind. Please If u can donate and help neglected and abused horses every little bit helps.

Hope Equine is an amazing organization! My husband and I adopted a horse (Phoenix) in April! He’s been a great addition to our equine family. Hope Equine volunteers do amazing things for these horses, they heal them not only physically but emotionally as well. A true blessing to the many horses in need across the state. Hope Equine partners with other rescues to help when needed. A++ organization & group of people. I highly recommend them.

As a recent retiree and horse lover I learned of Hope Equine Rescue and the incredible work they do to rehab and rehome neglected and abused horses. I have seen this organization restore hope into the lives of horses and at the same time give purpose to the amazing volunteers who are being taught to care for the animals. On many levels this group is an asset to our community. Through their events such as Help a Horse Day people can bring their families and enjoy activities for the kids and at the same time learn about the awesome horses at the rescue. Both animal and human lives are impacted for the good by being associated with Hope Equine Rescue!

When I heard about a particularly horrific case of horse abuse this October 2012, the mare was in a lot of trouble, I started to follow her progress after her rescue. She was taken in by Hope Equine Rescue (1200 Dixie Dr, Auburndale, Florida 33823) and I gladly donated funds toward her recovery. She could not have been taken to a better farm. She found herself starting to get her 5 year old life back. There were 2-3 times when they thought her injuries would take her to the Rainbow Bridge. She fought. Hope Equine fought. Their wonderful Vet fought. You can't buy this kind of compassion and dedication. This group organizes free gelding clinics, low cost equine vaccinations, equine health seminars ,demonstrations and community outreach activities not to mention the constant care all of their current herd of rescued horses. They deserve all of the recognition and support there is out there.

Go to their Facebook page and read the entries about Bella, katie, Honey, and Star. Hope Equine does not hesitate to take the most difficult cases and turns them into successes. These are cases that anyone else or other rescues would turn down as hopeless. Please go read for yourself.

It is obvious to anyone that Dani and her team are passionate about the health and well being of horses. On multiple occasions, I have seen or heard about Hope Equine going above and beyond, just to do the right thing.
