My experiences with this Nonprofit organization have always been top shelf. Joellen sounds a lot more like a disgruntled former employee than a member of the general public...don't let a hater mislead you about the good works and deeds this organization does in support of animal welfare and the Texas Hill Country in general.

This clinic is more interested in it being a social gathering place than actually spaying and neutering the animals. They have run off all of the good help and have hired people who actually put the animals welafe in jeporady. They can't even keep enough supplies on hand to operate their daily business. After discussing the issues involved I was asked not to come back. I have heard also that they just quit from being a memebers board to just a board of directors without a quorum vote from the membership so I am not too sure they are following their basic mission statement.
