Programs: healthcare, education, and community development.
Having been associated with this organization for the past five years, I am continually inspired by their benevolence and compassion for the people of rural Haiti. The commitment that Dr. Jeremiah Lowney and his family made in the 80s to serve Haiti's poor is just as strong today, as HHF will soon begin its 35th year in Jérémie. The hard-working staff in Haiti is now dealing with the horrific aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, which destroyed the Jérémie area. The people living there are in need of help now more than ever. Haitian Health Foundation is rated 4 stars by Charity Navigator. You can be assured that this non-profit operates with integrity and transparency, and they are absolutely worthy of your trust.
