Explornet, known as the Centers for Quality Teaching and Learning works with schools to improve overall instruction. QTL specialists work directly in the schools and help teachers to see and understand the best use of research-based instructional strategies with their own students. QTL has worked with schools in improvement that later (sometimes the same year) make AYP and all their goals. QTL is a positive experience for teachers by looking at the things teachers already do well and helping them to do them even better --and results in improving student performance.
