Mission: Emergency USA provides access to key health interventions in conflict and post-conflict areas. We provide the highest standards of care in an effort to transform health outcomes and expectations. We provide for the most basic human right, life, which is maintained and improved through access to quality health care. All of our facilities provides training to local staff to ensure transfer of knowledge and long-term sustainable results. Therefore, EMERGENCY interventions are long-term sustainable programs that develop local healthcare capacity and builds infrastructure.
Programs: Emergency operates various medical facilities, to include: Surgical Centers; Maternity and Pediatric Centers; Physical and Social Rehabilitation Centers; First Aid Posts (FAP); and Health Centers for primary medical needs. Presently, Emergency facilities are found in Afghanistan, Cambodia, Iraq, Sierra Leone and Sudan. In an effort to promote human rights and educate the youth with regard to poverty, disease, and violent conflicts, Emergency also runs various educational outreach programs.
