DebtHelper did a great job, but I rated it 4 Stars because of the person I spoke with when I called to make the appointment. She did not exhibit good customer service skills and seemed rushed and bothered that she had to take my call. Her name is Kenslande JeanBart and she also failed to attached one of the documents I was to receive.

However, the next two employees were just the opposite. S. reyes emailed the missing document and was very helpful and professional. Alex Borge, the counselor who called me today, also was very professional, helpful and professional.

Debt Helper helped me understand the first time home buyers entire process. Some of the things I already knew, but the terms that I didn't already know were explained to me in a way in which was easy to understand. I would recommend this company to any first time home buyer! I wish it was a little less expensive as the home buying process in itself is very expensive, but other than that I would highly recommend them.

Idebthelper.com don't know how this page won that award! That page is a piece of crap! It's full of bugs and problems. The page is confusing, outdated, and there's always a new problem that I find on the site. In my opinion is a piece of crap.

My story is like many others, I was very much affected by the down turn in the economy and housing market. My home lost so much of it's value and when I was laid off from my job several years ago it was a struggle to be a single mom and keep up with the mortgage. When I applied for the Florida Principle Reduction program, I didn't know what my chances were to quality for the funds but Nicola and Pedro helped me with the application process and made sure to keep me informed of the progress along the way. They just informed me a week ago that I was accepted and I can't even begin to say how thankful I am and how it will change my life. This organization and the people assigned to me were professional and so helpful. Depthelper.com, Nicola and Pedro get 5 stars!!!

Maria Torres was my adviser and she helped me through the application process completely. She has a great understanding of what was required and handled submitting and appealing my application. I can honestly say I would recommend her and the services provided to others without any reservations. I am grateful for her assistance and having found Credit Card Management Services.
