I am a retired biology teacher and am well aware of the need to educate the populace of Pa. about the serious impact climate change is having on our planet. I have talked with and heard professionals from Penn Future present excellent factual programs about the changes that have already taken place among the flora and fauna of Pa. and the news is not good. As stewards of this earth we all have a stake in reducing carbon emissions to prevent further damage to our air, water and wildlife and Penn Future is one organization that is both educating and speaking out to our legislators.
It's not the fact that our climate is changing, it's how fast it's changing - it's past time for people to wake up to that fact!
