Robbie has done amazing things for the charity. What a great cause! Keep it up Arby!
Cell Phones for Soldiers continues to provide an important service to our troops overseas. Being able to call home should never be a worry and this charity does a tremendous job ensuring that is, in fact, the case. CPFS has demonstrated a long-term commitment to this cause and putting our troops first.
I have known the founders of CPFS since they were babies, and it is incredible to see the adults they have grown into and the time and effort they put into their philanthropic endeavours. From the concept to the execution, CPFS has connected countless amounts of soldiers with their families, while also reducing waste and recycling the phones. Truly inspirational!!
Growing up as a military child, I often went long periods of time without seeing my dad. We didn't have cell phones then. Now, Cell Phones for Soldiers gives families a line of communication, that we previously never had. I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with such a caring and giving organization.
Cell Phones For Soldiers is great company, supporting a great cause! I am proud to support CPFS, as I appreciate their dedication/passion for providing our Soldiers with free communication services and emergency funding, all while protecting the environment through utilizing proper recycling methods in processing all cell phones that are donated.
Great organization and a great cause, thank you for everything you do for our military!
As a veteran of the US Air Force this charity means a lot to myself as well as fellow veterans and active service members.
This is a great way to help those who help us everyday. Cell Phones For Soldiers is a wonderful nonprofit that discovered a way to give back!
Cell Phones for Soldiers is a fantastic organization and really works hard for what they believe in. Assisting soldiers in any form is a great thing because the should be recognized and helped out in any way that we can. They definitely do things the right way. Thank you for all that you do!
I can't imagine being unable to speak to my family. What Cell Phones for Soldiers is doing to connect those serving our freedom with the ones they love the most is a wonderful thing!
Cell Phones for Soldiers is an excellent charity. Thank you for providing our service men and women the means to call home!
I can't say enough about Cell Phones for Soldiers. With friends and family of my own serving in the military, I can tell you that communication with family for these men and women are essential to their well being. I'm not sure where some of these soldiers would be personally if they didn't have access to services such as this. "Thank you" is a small gesture in light of the massive impact Cell Phones for Soldiers has for our loved ones in harms way. Keep up the great work!
I graduated high school in 2001. Many of my friends joined the military immediately after graduation to help pay for college, to try and make a career out of it, for the benefits, or to serve the country they love. But it was peace time, and none of them expected to fight. Especially those who joined the National Guard. September 11th, 2001 changed all of that for all Americans. But specifically many of my friends who were now looking at deployments in hostile lands, and combat they never thought they'd see. Cell Phones for Soldiers was a blessing for several of my friends. What a fantastic idea, that became an amazing organization. Helping so many American patriots and hero's would have been enough in and of itself, but the environmental impact they are having by recycling the unused phones they receive is icing on the proverbial cake. I now work for a company that does much business with Cell Phones for Soldiers, Dynamic Recycling, and I think I can speak for everyone and say we are proud to be a small part of such an amazing group of people. Helping our warriors stay in contact with those they love, while helping preserve our planet for generations to come. Cell Phones for Soldiers has a bright future, and they help keep the home fires bright for those that protect us from afar.
What a great company, helping out our active duty Military and Veterans. Being able to communicate with family and friends is important and this company is helping these individuals who sacrifice so much for our country.
To whom it may concern,
My boyfriend is a deployed soldier who is in the Marines told me the other day that he some how dropped his phone in water which has ruined his iphone; he now has no way to talk to his son. Is there anyway to get him a free donated iphone sent to him ASAP? my name is Debra Arnold please respond ASAP to my email address: angeldebra0214@ymail. com please help me to make it possible so this sad deployed soldier can talk to his son, it is Christmas and he won't be able to come home for Christmas. Please help make this Christmas special for this father and son.
I am speaking as a mother, I feel that if this program assisting soldiers did not exist, families would not be able to keep in touch with loved ones. It is important for people here at home, to hear, from our beloved soldiers here and abroad
Beginning at a dining room table by 2 very compassionate teens, Cell Phones for Soldiers was born. This organization has provided that ever-important link to their loved ones at no cost while serving far from home. In my opinion, Cell Phones For Soldiers is the greatest non-profit for providing free calling cards to our service men and women.
When two young siblings start a non-profit that has stayed strong for 10 years, provided amazing gifts to our military and their families, how can this result in anything but success! Because of the strong work ethic and the ability to dig in and get the job done, Cell Phones for Soldiers, Inc. is as strong today as when it began. I salute the Berquist family for a job well done and may they know that their hard work and dedication is appreciated by military members all over the world. You are a proud example of watching youth do amazing things for the world and you should be so proud of your accomplishments!
Why didn't this charity respond to the BBB's request for information. While I'm sure they are doing good, I normally like to see what their % expenses are before I donate to any charity. It's great theye are helping our troops but what if their overhead is 50%?
