I went to my first International Conference sponsored by Best Answer for Cancer in 2014 and was truly amazed by the amazing 3 day program. Medical professionals gathered to share their knowledge and commitment to providing the best answers for cancer to their patients.

The community and passion the participants share is inspiring! Coming from all over the world with the goal of providing the best outcomes and supporting the whole person makes these people worth donating time to.

I volunteered with this organization throughout the fall of 2011, and the ability this organization has to do so much in so little time with such a small staff blew me away. Annie Brandt is a great leader and with her in charge, I'm looking forward to seeing the amazing work that this foundation will continue to do in the future.

When I looked around for volunteer opportunities, I found Best Answer for Cancer Foundation. I really liked their philosophy of helping cancer patients discover their particular ‘best answer for cancer’. The Founder and Executive Director is a breast cancer survivor herself, going on 11 years. Although she was told to get her affairs in order in 2001, she found her own best answer for cancer and is still alive and thriving. Annie spends a great deal of time on the phone listening to, and sharing information with, patients. This organization is very altruistic, doing what they do with no formal funding and an all-volunteer staff. I'm very proud to contribute, in any way I can, to this organization.
