I chose to ignore the bad things being said and bought a horse from AC4H for $700. That was for the bail only. I was charged another $110. + for vetting and other fees. I was told to make arrangements for my shipper to pick her up the following Monday. I received a call on Sunday that she could not be picked up because she had become ill and was at the vet and call back the following Sunday to see if she could be picked up then. When I called I was told that her bill was $1,200. and had to be paid before I could get her. I told them there was no way I was paying that kind of money without an invoice from the vet showing what all the charges were. I was then called an f"en b**ch and didn't care about the horse and I better pay it or else. I tried to get her ( Christy) to calm down and understand that I intended to pay the bill but not until I saw an invoice. One was never produced,I was banned from their groups,and I was harassed none stop for a good month after. I had to close my email and open a new one as the filthy emails I was getting from several helpers was unbelievable.I don't know whatever happened to her but pray she didn't end up on the missing list as I have seen many others have.If you question them you are called a drama llama or are pro-slaughter. I am totally AGAINST horse slaughter and will avoid drama at all costs. But I will NOT allow others to lie to people or use them. I advise anyone who is thinking of supporting them to due their searches thoroughly. Will I know it sucks watching horses each week that could be heading to slaughter,the money you would be paying them could go towards 2-3 either already at auction or off CL.
