After reading some of these reviews I just wanted to share a little bit of my experience with Access Partnership and how they helped me. To start with, I was my mothers primary care giver. She had numerous debilitating health problems, but was blessed with medical insurance that covered her needs. I seriously don't know what I would of done if she didn't have insurance to cover the massive amounts of supplies she required month to month, not to mention the medical equipment that was also needed. After she passed, I had so much on my plate, including a large amount of unused medical supplies and medical equipment that was now just sitting around taking up space. Unable to return anything to the suppliers, I was at a loss as to what to do with this stuff, throwing it out just seemed like such a waste to me. I know how much these things cost and just knew that there had to be someone somewhere that could use it, I just didn't know who or how to find them. So I did some research, and when I found Access Partnership, I was so excited knowing they could redistribute these medical supplies and equipment to people in need that couldn't otherwise afford them. Access, you are such a blessing to our community and only wish others were as compassionate and dedicated to helping those in need as you are. Thank You!
Physicians for Peace partners with Access Partnership when we are offered donations of equipment and supplies that we cannot use to support our mission. Access Partnership connects patients in need with equipment and supplies in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Richmond and even Washington, DC. By working together not only are we able to connect people with equipment and supplies that they need to help with their medical needs but we also keep these supplies and equipment out of our landfills. Hopefully Access Partnership will continue to grow and help many more of our friends and neighbors in the future.
