Mission: Abilities United advances advocacy, inclusion, and independence for people with developmental disabilities.
Results: Each year, we serve over 1,000 individuals and their families in our Children's and Family Services, Adult and Family Services, and Enrichment Services. Since our founding in 1963, over 70,000 children and adults with disabilities have benefited from services.

Programs: Children and Families - Abilities United Children's and Family Services provide a broad range of services focused on education, development, and growth. Our services ensure that children and their caregivers learn the techniques and skills necessary to meet the opportunities and challenges that a family may encounter. Adult Services - Abilities United Adult Services assists individuals with developmental or other disabilities to fully participate in their community through employment, educational, recreational, social, and volunteer activities. Using community resources and experiences, life skills and employment coaches assist individuals to acquire or expand their skills. Enrichment Services - Abilities United offers a variety of onsite enrichment opportunities including an art program, computer education and swim/aquatic services. These programs provide both children and adults the opportunity to enhance their creativity, promote their individual growth, and encourage their social skills.
