To achieve this goal, we sponsor community-based initiatives that prioritize respect for the local culture and the environment.

We visited back in May and had an absolute amazing time. Though we did not get to meet Scott and Sunita because they were in the US, the girls at the farm and in Kathmandu took excellent care of us. Scott was also super helpful at answering our many questions before our trip and dealing patiently with us. This is a great NGO to visit with a great mission. One of my best memories is the sunset hike which is a must do. Other than that the food is amazing and all locally grown. Try to make Momo's if you can. The accommodations were super well kept and clean at the farm and in Kathmandu. My only comment is that it would be really nice to put some furniture up on the roof for a little stargazing place, but taking the mats and blankets in your room work just fine!As a group of 4 young girls we felt very safe the entire time and well taken care of.This NGO by far exceeded my expectations and it was a pleasure to experience Nepal with them.
