We have worked with Pro Bono Partnership many times and they were particularly instrumental in helping my agency walk through a very difficult legal issue. Thanks to them, we were able to resolve the matter to our benefit satisfactorily. I am so grateful to the support they provide.
Having Pro Bono Partnership as a nonprofit partner has been very helpful to our organization. As a small group, we could not have afforded all the help we've received from volunteer lawyers through Pro Bono. We are happy you exist and have made a big difference for us Thank you!
kidz2leaders has benefited from the quality and availability of legal services through the Pro Bono Partnership. We could not afford to pay ourselves the depth of legal services we receive from them. They have provided attorneys to assist in trademark matters, camp applications and other documentation, and human resources issues. We feel we are getting excellent advice to help keep our business safe and sound.
Our organization, Jeryme Brown and Mitchell Smalls Foundation (JBMS) would not still be operating seven years later had it not been for ProBono Partnerships. They have helped us to align our progam goals, procedures, and policies with state and national legal requirements. In addition they have aligned us with attorneys who truly have a heart for service. Many of those attorneys continue to volunteer as speakers and mentors for our youth well after their project has ended. ProBono Partnerships of Atlanta is a permanent part of the JBMS family!
ProBonoPartnership has provided excellent legal assistance that has helped our non-profit develop a strong internal structure that has enabled us to grow to become one of the largest social agencies in our county. We are extremely grateful to this incredible organization for providing numerous legal services that we would not have been able to afford on our limited budget.

Loganville Community Ministry Village
PBPATL is probably one of the most valuable resources in Atlanta for a non-profit like Friends of Refugees. Complex legal questions are du jour in the nonprofit world, often without significant legal precedents available and ALWAYS with a dearth of funding to get the help necessary to serve families and communities with excellence. PBPATL has helped FOR find the answers to our questions, the legal volunteers to do what we do right, and to see far down the road of our organization's future by sitting on the shoulders of their top-notch legal partners. Our future is brighter because of PBPATL!

I Griffin Lotson of Sams Memorial CED Inc. nonprofit personally wanted to thank you Pro Bono for believing in us, when it appeared that we were not going to find a specialize attorney with our limited resources, Pro Bono were there with us, now we have achieve one of our greatest accomplishment by receiving 100% ownership of a multimillion dollar apartment complex, The journey was hard and very few believe it could be accomplished by a Rural small nonprofit, but with the right partnership with you (Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta) we were able to accomplish what some say it was impossible. Thanks!!!!
Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta has helped FCS Urban Ministries and our partner organizations in a myriad of ways over the years. From the quick legal questions to more in depth legal issues, PBA's staff has been outstanding in helping our organization grow and navigate uncharted waters. PBA is a tremendous gift to our city!
Our organization has been a client of Pro Bono Partnership Atlanta for over 6 years. It is very comforting to know that as a grassroots organization we have such an extensive level or expertise at our fingertips to assist as needed. The professionalism of the staff and the legal volunteers has been outstanding.
The Kindezi School would likely not exist if it were not for PBP of Atlanta. Now we are a multi-million dollar nonprofit and a high-achieving charter school but they helped us when we were a struggling grassroots organization. We have been connected with nothing but extremely professional and skilled lawyers and PBP staff have made sure we were always taken care of until the project was complete. We've been aided more times than I can count and it's been an amazing resource. This is an example of a nonprofit that is really making a difference in Atlanta. It's a great nonprofit.
Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta has provided A Friend's House with legal assistance that we would not have been able to afford on our own. All projects large or small were treated with interest and concern by the attorneys that helped us. Pro Bono's follow up and involvement made everything smooth and easy to understand. The Non-Profit Summits that they have held always bring new insight into areas that we can make improvements. Thank you Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta for helping us to serve children in crisis.
Pro Bono Partnership Of Atlanta assisted Sober Living America in various projects throughout my time as a resident in Sober Living America. They understood that we all need a voice and they were our voice. They have the heart and soul for what every non profit stands for and help those who truly needs their influence or time in a positive manner. Thank you Pro Bono for giving us your best and truly caring about those you serve!!!
Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, Rachel, and her team are the BEST!!! They have completed many projects for Sober Living America in a professional and timely manner. The service they provide to our community is invaluable. Thank You Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
PBPA has helped Urban Perform create leases, waivers, contracts and permits. We are extremely grateful for all their help with connecting us to quality attorneys!
Pro Bono Partnership was instrumental in lining Georgia Organics up with a law firm who helped us rewrite our personnel policies. PBP was professional, timely and supportive, and Seyfarth Shaw, the law firm that supported this project, crafted policies that fit our culture, protected our organization and brought our policy in line with current standard practices. Without PBP, this would have been a time consuming and costly process and the end product would likely not have been as solid.
PBP-Atlanta has been of great assistance to Global Health Action in a number of areas ranging from commercial real estate to employee issues. PBP-Atlanta essentially acts as our corporate counsel, and we get expert pro bono legal advice and representation whenever we need it. The legal review by PBP's legal team allowed us to identify issues of which we were unaware. Prior to becoming a client of PBP-Atlanta, it was very time consuming to find pro bono legal representation whenever a legal issue surfaced. Now we can focus on fulfilling our mission and know that we have expert legal assistance on our team.
Pro Bono Partnership has provided us with a legal check-up, policy updates and many other critical services so that our staff can focus on carrying out the mission of the organization.
Pro Bono Partnership provides a great resource to the non profits of Atlanta. Their ability to find lawyers who successfully resolve issues is greatly appreciated. The LEAD Institute has used their legal check up, and benefited from the solutions their volunteers provide.
They have also provided valuable assistance on a broad array of issues from leases to teaming when I have referred other organizations to them.
The Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta has provided us with smart, experienced lawyers in the areas where we need legal support. They help keep nonprofits legal, so we can focus on our mission and not be overwhelmed with legal issues. We are indebted to Pro Bono Partnership for all they do!
Pro Bono Partnership's counsel to our organization is of immeasurable value. In a difficult climate for education, Pro Bono Partnership has championed the International Community School and steered us to wiser decisions based on their high-level legal expertise in specific areas of relevance. With their excellent guidance, our organization has positioned itself for the best possible future outcomes. Those at PBP and the attorneys they have obtained to support us have been clear, versatile, and wonderful to work with. I cannot rate them highly enough!
Pro Bono was there for us at STING, Inc. when we absolutely needed assistance with a legal issue that we could not handle. The Attorney was prompt and handled our case with extreme care. I shudder when I think of what would have happened to us without their expertise.
We have been using Pro Bono Atlanta's services for ten months. I am amazed at the caliber of attorneys that have helped our organization with matters such as developing retention documents to creating comprehensive program policies. We have many projects this year that we wanted to complete. Many of them we've been simultaneously working on while still running a non-profit. The Pro Bono schedulers and project leaders keep me on track with all of these and are excellent with follow-up. I highly recommend them.
Pro Bono Partnership has provided Voices for Georgia's Children with services and consultation on a range of issues including employment contracts; intellectual property, by-laws, and personnel policies. As a small nonprofit we save money and reduce risks that result from poor wording in these kinds of documents. I find that I can be pretty candid about our weaknesses and constraints and not feel that I am being judged
We began working with ProBono Partnership of Atlanta several years ago when we had an issue and Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta went above and beyond the call of duty helping to resolve our issue which they did. The following year we went through their Legal Check-in and it has been an invaluable experience. As a small nonprofit, it was such a blessing to be connected to such a variety of legal experts who were truly looking out for our best interests in areas that never crossed out minds for example having our stuff copy written. We have also reached out to them when we have had employee issues and when we redid our employee manual. The attorneys that they connected with us knew everything about labor law and were able to guide us and help us protect the center and the employees with the employee manual.
Rachael and all of the professionals and attorneys connected to ProBono have truly been amazing to work with. They enabled us to stop worrying about legal "landmines" and let us focus on our mission.
Kudos to Pro Bono Partnership, I would not go anywhere else for help.
ProBono is serving Wilderness Works, an Atlanta charity serving homeless and disadvantaged children, now for 7 years. ProBono is like a watch dog that protects and keeps on protecting!
ProBono updated all of our documentation and helped us iron out a variety of matters. ProBono has a flair for finding competent, diligent and caring attorneys! The ProBono staff is serious and professional. What a relief to have their help!
We began working with ProBono Partnership of Atlanta earlier this year. We went through their Legal Check-in and it has been an invaluable experience. As a small nonprofit, it was such a blessing to be connected to such a variety of legal experts who were truly looking out for our best interests.
Robyn, Rachael and all of the professionals and attorneys connected to ProBono have truly been amazing to work with. They enabled us to stop worrying about legal "landmines" and let us focus on our mission - providing CASA volunteers to foster children in our community. Thank you, ProBono!
The Pro Bono Partnership is a wonderful resource for professional legal advice for non-profits. The staff is extremely well organized and the volunteer attorneys are dedicated and responsive. I recommend PBP without reservation.

It is a pleasure to work with such a dedicated group of professionals who are eager to be of service and are so competent!
Robin C. Davis, President & CEO, Global Health Action
We have been a client of ProBono Partnership for almost a decade. With each project we have with PBP the volunteer attorneys and PBP staff have been exceptional on every level. We see PBP as a vital resource that keeps us safe, smart, and superior in our service delivery.
Rachel and her staff of legal professionals and volunteers are remarkable! They gave me a since of confidence as a young small nonprofit founder. We were doing a lot of things right; however, they helped me understand certain liabilities that I was not aware of prior to seeking their services. Probono Legal services are so essential for nonprofits, especially grass roots. I am very grateful to this organization and will continue to reach out to Rachel and her team!
Pro Bono Partnership has come to our rescue on a number of occasions, the most recent being help with state and federal trademark searches. They provided just the detailed information we needed to make the best business decision for our organization, Action Ministries, Inc. We recommend them highly.
The saying "You don't know what you don't know" definitely applies to the complicated web of regulations and laws that apply to U.S. non-profits operating in foreign countries. The staff and volunteer attorneys at Pro Bono expertly guided us through the process and provided us with the necessary documents and advice to protect our organization and our board. We could never have afforded the time and expertise that we got from Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta.
PBPA has been an awesome partner to House of Dawn. Over the years they have provided House of Dawn with professional and legal guidance to ensure our organization is run professional and legal at all times. We appreciate the staff at PBPA and all that they do.
So thankful to have PBPA as a valued partner!!
Being accepted as one of their clients was one of the most unbelievable gifts we could have imagined! Being in animal rescue and mostly all volunteer, we have very little time to do anything other than try to save lives. This group at ProBono and the attorneys in their network are amazing! They care about making sure you are taken care of and more than willing to do whatever it takes to help. We came in with a whole bucket of issues, and they had no problem sitting down and sorting it all out. Knowing we have them there to help us if we need it..there are just no words. If we would have had to pay for the services we have been given from them, we would have had to pass on saving at least 2 dozen dogs and cats. These animals are alive and in forever homes because of their generosity and commitment to helping us make a difference. Just wow :) Thank you
