The professionalism of the Rangers in the National Parks I've visited in Utah and Wyoming has been outstanding.
My family has loved and visited our National Parks particularly in the West for years. The National Parks Conservation and its magazine point out issues that our parks face as not enough funds to care for them, weather, etc.
After research I decided this organization is the most effective at advocating for our National Parks, which are under attack on various fronts.
Love to contribute to our National Parks Conservation Association to help protect our beautiful Country. We have visited many parks in several different states. One of our favorites is Acadia in ME! Recently went to Hot Springs in AK and WOW the views were excellent and the water was H O T! everyone should visit the National Parks!
Thank you for an excellent job.
This is a great organization working hard to develop this incredible piece of American and Texas history. The existence of this trail led to the development of Texas as we know it and provided a means of interaction between the Spanish, French, Anglo and American-Indian populations. I only hope more people donate to keep this dream alive.
Protecting and enhancing our National Parks is their passion! This organization provides excellent content to its members. Articles are timely, well researched and impactful. Newsletters are chock full of information about our parks and how to take advantage of their programs and splendor outdoors.
Our National Parks are one of the most important parts of our Nation! God founded the United States and and our beautiful parks, and gave us the commission to keep it Beautiful and Protect it! I count it a privilege to not only support our Parks, but to visit them whenever possible! We are planning a trip to three National Parks in September! I can't wait to see all of God's Country!
Our nation's beautiful landmarks are in danger!! Donating to NCPA is a way I can help keep these wonderful treasures around for our future generations. NCPA provides great information about the history and events of all our national parks. What a great resource when planning vacations. A great charity!!!
I have the advantage of being a senior and receiving the National Park membership at a substantial discount. Thus it is my contribution to become a member of this association which is striving to preserve them for all of the citizens of our country. We are so fortunate that past administrations and members of congress valued these parks and monuments and considered them very worthy of support in order that all the citizens could take part in the many offerings. This association is 5 star in my charitable contributions
We must reverse years of inadequate park funding! Our National Park Staff are wonderful and we need more of them to protect our national treasures!
Our National Parks agency and system is chronically underfunded. This organization helps correct the impact of this travesty. National Park employees are the best, and deserve our support.
They have a marvelous magazine showing what is happening with the parks, what to see when you visit them and what you can do to help preserve them
i've been a member for ~ 15+ yrs : they work to help protect the national parks via outreach, identfying issues and promoting ways to assist, and education. they also have a great magazine that has articles on various parks and what you can do to help protect and assist in preserving our national sites.
This country is in great need to save our National Parks. The National Parks Conservation Association does an outstanding job of informing people about the difficulties National Parks are facing and helping to address those difficulties. If we are not careful the current federal administration will decimate our beautiful land. We need the National Parks Conservation Association to help us protect these lands for future generations.
I'm a frequent visitor to our national parks and am personally familiar with the important contributions of this important association.
We love to visit National Parks and are especially proud that our nearby Pinnacles National Monument is now a full-fledged national park. Our teacher son took his classes there for a wonderful four day experience with a naturalist recently.
When we can't visit a park ourselves, we enjoy reading about them in your magazine. It makes us more aware of the many treasures the United States is privileged to own and protect.
I grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State and have been hiking and birding ever since. Retired now, I am enjoying traveling with Road Scholar where I especially enjoy the opportunities this group affords for exploring and birding in our national parks, wildlife refuges, and forests/grasslands/seashores. I am so appreciative of the National Parks Conservation Association for making it easy for me to support these lands owned by all Americans. It is quintessentially American that when the federal government falls short in its support, we citizens step it up to support those values which define our country at its best.
My experience is the awe I have every time I go to a National Park. The NPCA is dedicated to ensuring these national treasures are maintained for today and the future. My family has had enjoyed many great National Park experiences - most recently at North Cascades NP.
I love the National Parks Conservation Association because they are committed to saving our National Parks. I have been very worried about this current national administration destroying our National Parks, our natural national treasures. By supporting the National Parks Conservation Association I believe I am helping to stop the destructive actions and work towards preserving these National treasures for all to use and enjoy
My husband regularly goes hiking in some of our local National Parks The parks are kept very nice for visitors and we would hate to think what might happen if these wonderful oasis were not kept up. We also appreciate the rangers that are available in the large parks. they help educate us and keep us safe.
When I went with my daughter to the south I stopped in several national parks along the way and was always impressed with the knowledge of the rangers and the information along the way. These weren't the big parks that one hears about but the little ones. it's because of that trip that I give to the NPCA
I appreciate the calendar, mailings and all their efforts to preserve the beauty and access to our national parks.
Outdoor activity renews the spirit and the body. The National Park system in our country is a national treasure. Open areas, nature in its untouched beauty, animals seen in their natural habitat can save lives. I believe this so strongly that I am taking a group of students from Florida to Yosemite National Park in California. To be able to hike in the mountains, embrace a Sequoia Tree, dip our feet in a cold mountain stream, be challenged by Half Dome, and marvel at untouched meadows is heaven on earth. NPCA conserves and renews these areas annually. That's why I support them, and enjoy the magazine they put out each month.
We love our National Parks they never disappoint! I think they do a great job keeping them up for the public to enjoy!
NPCA is a great advocate for our National Parks. The association keeps me well informed through email newsletters of top issues they are working on. The magazine has exposed me to so many of our national resources I wasn't aware of and we've incorporated visits to these locations into our travels.
This is a non-profit that gets things done! With their advocacy, real changes have been made to preserve our natural resources and open more land for preservation and the enjoyment of all. I was especially pleased to see my former Army duty station, Fort Monroe, VA, added to the national parks list. Getting this done was an incredibly quick turn-around , compared to how the government often operates, and I credit it in part to the passionate advocacy of NPCA.
Experienced an amazing hiking/camping trip to the Grand Tetons
Love the experiential learning, beautiful hiking trails and camping facilities.
Love the staff and the learning facilities. We love our Forest Rangers - please, please, please keep them employed
As a fan of the National Parks, and especially Great Smoky Mountains National Park where we
vacation every year, I am all too aware of the difference NPCA makes in providing much-needed support for the parks. And this support is crucial right now, with this extremely ant-environmental administration wanting to take away all park funding. NPCA just might make the difference between having parks and having no parks.
National Parks are one of America's great assets. This Association is working to make sure the parks remain for us and future generations to enjoy.
