The NCOA is my first source to check on Medicare updates and issues. Their information is simple to understand and yet always sights the legal sources. As a SHIP support to a network of over 450 counselors, I can always trust this professional organization. I also look to them to stay on top of emerging issues.
I was just wondering how to promote your organization over the many organiizations I receive aging information about. Then I see your request to vote for NCOA as a Great Nonprofit. As result, I wish to thank you for the work you do. I find it not only useful to people who work in the field of aging, but anyone needing information on issues surrounding our senior population.
NCOA is the "go to" organization for all things related so seniors and health insurance for elders and the disabled. They are involved in food security, economic security, housing, wellness and a host of other issues, including health insurance and public benefits, that can be of assistance. Benefits CheckUp is a great resource.
