Great charity that gives 100% of donated funds to the poor.
Coming from the Philippines, I am a witness to the poverty of its people who depend on the help of the more fortunate individuals who are able to get jobs and education and are able to sustain themselves. I am aware what Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance have accomplished in these regard. It first started to help seminarians until they become fully ordained and teach cathechism to the laity of the region who in turn teach the children. Sewing machines are made available to the women who made clothes for the students. School supplies and books are also secured for them through the contributions of its donors. With these, they are also able to build chapels and even provide toilets for sanitation. The men are able to raise farm animals and let them multiply and sell them so that they are able to have their own resources. With the help of rice subsidies, they are able to put food on the table. 100% of all donations to this great nnonprofit organization are all accounted for and reports are expected from all who are helped. Unfortunately, there are several needs but its funds are limited.
It a good organization that directly gives donations to the people in need.
A great non-profit that gives all donations to where they are needed most ... the unfortunate people who are unable to provide for themselves.
What more can be said about a charity that is 100% optimally used, and serves such worthy causes ?
The poorest of the poor are served, with no administrative costs. This is unique.
Helps the third world missions achieve their goals of providing for the most deserving and neediest people. 100% of their proceeds goes directly to the benefit of those who need help.
100% of donations are optimally used, charity takes NO salaries! They support third world missionaries helping the REALLY needy of this world.
I know some of the volunteers. They are devoted, faithful and successful in helping the poor. May God continue to Bless their work! prcprayer
Supported thousands of 3rd world missionaries and donated over $750,000 to the neediest causes.
Today is Mission Sunday and and what better day than to express our appreciation for the Missionary Alliance of Mary Queen of all Nations. Its long time missionary work extends to all parts of the world where help is given to the poorest of the poor who benefit from the prayers and generosity of its donors and volunteer members whose only consolation are the testimonies given by those who have been helped. If only it could have more funding to help its great cause, how much more help could be extended by such a great organization!Their source of joy to the service they do are the multiple testimonies of the fruits of their labors through the progress reports, letters and pictures that it receives from priests, bishops, sisters, children as well as the blind. Thus, a complete and a very detailed accounting is recieved and reported to the board and its members. Nedless to say that 100%of all donations goes to the missions that makes Mary Queen of All Nations a great nonprofit organization.
What a wonderful charity to help the poor and needy in a third world country that is truly in need.
This organization has been veryhelpful to the needy people around India. They have helped many poor people to come up in lives and to have proper nutrition and also helping the simple people to live in faith and helping in constructing churches
This non-profit organization provides help to the poor people in the third world countries where poverty and malnutrition are most prevalent. The help is provided by providing financial assistance to initiate self-sufficiency projects which over time can provide a means of livelihood for the recipients. School children are provided with supplies and financial assistance to help them finish their grade and high school education. A small donation to Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance will change peoples lives in that part of the globe where poverty is widespread.
This Alliance is a charity for the poorest of the poor. We review each request carefully and verify each one as carefully as possible. Since our funds are very limited we try to help the most needy with projects that will do the most good for the most people. Our director foots all the cost for office supplies and shipping expenses so that every penny that is donated goes for the projects the board deems worthy. For the board member and volunteers our rewards come in the form of letters of "thanks",pictures of projects completed, students graduatings, seminarians taking their final orders, children equiped with school supplies just to mention a few of our rewards. Our meeting always end with aprayer and wish that we could do more.
if you want to meet the True helping hand of God to people who have dire needs both physical and spiritual around the world , this is the organization that epitomize such deeds....
Delivers 100% donations gives hope to disable & disadvantage helps the poorest in 49 countries
Voting for this non profit organization Im am happy to see that all donations go straight to the poor
My good friend told me about this organization and as a fellow missionary who cares greatly for working amongst the poorest of the poor, my heart goes to any organization, especially one dedicated to Our Lady, that does such wonderful work! May God bless you and give you all the strength and support that you need to continue doing the wonderful work you do.
I discovered this nonprofit through a parishoner. I am very impressed that they donated 100% of funds to their charities. As a catechist, I plan to work with Mary Queen of all Nations to engage the 7th graders in fundraising to help with their work.
Voting for all those who have no voice that this wonderful organization helps.
God bless this organization for their unselfish dedication to uplift the life of the poor people. Our heartfelt gratitude for your help in our apostolate for the poor, for the orphaned children of St. Dominic Girls' Home and scholarship grant for the poor students of the Dominican College of Iloilo. I am sr. Jocelyn Pecto, O.P.
Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance is doing a great job for the poor and for god. Thank you for helping our congregation in our apostolate to the poor in the Philippines I am Sr. Mary Rachel Plaza, O.P.
I have known this non-profit organization for more than two decades helping out the poorest of the poor
in various parts of the third world countries: Bolivia, India, Philippines, Dominican Republic Peru, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Cuba, Costa Rica and Tanzania. This alliance does not have
a paid staff, all are volunteers, and the proceeds from donations are all distributed 100% to the needy
helping them out with self-sufficiency projects to enable them to have a livelihood and income. For instance, sewing machines are provided to help young girls learn the skills and knowledge of sewing
which can provide them with an income from the sale of their products.
The goal of this missionary alliance is to help our poor brothers and sisters around the world, have a better life, better health, and have the opportunity to rise above poverty thru education and self-sufficency projects. Poor students who otherwise won't be able to get an education, are given financial assistance so that they are able to attend elementary and high school. A small amount of donation goes a long way in the third world countries to fund schools and orphanages with their needs and provide self sufficiency projects to help the poorest of the poor have a means of livelihood and rise above poverty.
I love that this organization distributes 100% of its donations to needy people around the world. The volunteers are truly walking in Jesus' footsteps. Praise God!
More power and blessing to Mary Queen of all Nations missionary alliance for helping us in our apostolate for the poor here in the Philippines particularly to our orphanage and the poor students of Dominican College of Iloilo.
It's a great blessings to all Dominican Sister here in the Philippines to receive help/donation from the Mary Queen of all Nation, Missionary Alliance to help us in our apostolate.
I am Sister Modesta Sucaldito, OP
This non-profit came highly recommended by my parish. I've heard nothing but good things about it.
Thank you fMissionary Alliance for the donations of wheelchairs to our sisters in the infirmary. I am Sr. Ana Ramos, O.P. a Dominican Sister of the most Holy Rosary of the Philippines and a registered nurse assigned in the Sisters infirmary for our aged Sisters in the Motherhouse. More blessings to the organization.
Our group at St. Mary's Rosary Society in Denville has supported Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance for over 15 Years. You know when you donate to this cause all the money goes to the poor.MQUAN is an amazing group who helps the "Poorest of the Poor". They were doing on the job training long before it was popular. They educate and check on their clients to make sure money is spent wisely. Merla's story of how she founded this group is incredible. It is a true testimony of her joy and love for the missions. MQUAN deserves to win this competition as they would be able to reach many more people.
More power and blessings to Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance for their selfless efforts to help the poor. Way back in 2004, I was assigned in Dumalag, Capiz, Philippines. We received from The organization an amount for small business capital. Together with Sr. Michaela, the Principal and Superior of our School, we distributed to several families capital for their projects. Some on bag-making, Hog or poultry raising, seeds for gardening, sofa or cushion -making. A capital was also given to catechists to put up sari-sari store so they could use their gain for their fare in going to school. These had helped a lot those families. Thank you for helping us help the poor in our midst. Sr. Consejo Basal, O.P.
I am Priscila Sotito, the mother of Val Leonero, the new recipient from the kindness of the MQAN missionary Alliance as a scholar. I knew the organization through my aunt Sr. Michaela Suresca, a Dominican Sister. I am a teacher with 5 children and I could hardly send Val to college. thanks to you kind people. I hope that Val could finish his college so he can help me send the other siblings to school. More power and blessings to the organization.
I had known this organization for many years now and I agree that they should get far exceeding 5 stars on this review. They had help so many indigent people that really need help and support to survive and not to depend on the government help. I highly will vote for this organization to be the top on the list.
I have been involved with several charitable organizations and worthy causes. However, I was awestruck by the simplicity of MQAN and its self sacrificing members who make every penny count for those to whom they reach out. Jim Cavanaugh is truly an apostle of the poor who lives that he preaches and teachings.
Fr. Ken Lasch
Just to know Jim Cavanaugh is proof enough of the goodness of this charity. His scope and committment means success and blessings to all their endeavors. I heartily support and speak for the poor, ...... all of whom are touched by the helping hands of great volunteers.
Mary Ann O'Dea
Ditto, from husband, Tom. Please count us as two supporters.
A very worthy charity thats well run and proactive. r.hancock
Want to donate to a charity but don't know which one? Please consider Mary Queen Of All Nations Missionary Alliance! They are a wonderful organization that takes NO salaries and covers their own administrative costs. 100% off their donations are distributed to the orphaned, disadvantaged and malnourished all over the world. it is the non-stop 24 hour commitment and hard work that keeps the Alliance going!
On the behalf of the Orphans were given pigs by MQAN, I would like to write a review on the work of MQAN. We, as the orphans before helped by MQAN, we were in bad state, poor and desperate. But after given pigs, we can now afford to buy scholastic materials, those of us in school. We can pay our Insurance (Mutuelle de santé). In short we were uplifted from extreme poor poverty to a descent live.
Long live MQAN to help more poor people.
I am Celestin NDATIMANA on behalf of group of the orphans helped by Father Bernard
On behalf of the girls who were helped by MQAN. We are very grateful for the Alliance. We were the most unfortunate girls in the society. We did not have opportunity to continue school. We were left in society at the Mercy of the world. But when the MQAN gave us help in form of sewing machine, we trained how to use them. We were gave skills to use the machines. Now we, as group we are self employed. We earn some money to buy our daily necessities.
Thank you MQAN for restoring us to human dignity. May you have more ability to help the poor?
I am Donata NIZEYIMANA
On behalf of the girls helped by Father Bernard.
An amazing organization! They provide aid in so many ways. Educating and providing the tools to allow for perpetual self-help to many of the World's "poorest of the poor". Those they reach are often not able to express to us the magnitude of their gratitude, yet it is these exact group of people we must all reach out and help. It is our responsibility as Human kind. Continued Blessings upon Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance and those who support Her cause.
On Behalf of widowers who were helped by MQAN : giving us a self-sufficient project of receiving a pig. We are happy to positively write a review on the work of MQAN. As widowers of 1994 genocide in Rwanda, we had lost everything economically and even hope of living. But when MQAN gave use help through self sufficient project by giving a pig each, that help restored our hope of living. Now we can afford food, clothes, Insurance (Mutuelle de santé).
Long living MQAN to help more poor people in third world.
I am Laurent NKOMEJE
On behalf of the widowers helped by Father Bernard.
I am really amazed by the reviews written by those people who have been helped by the charitable works of Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Allinace. I know I make my contributions to this wonderful organization but just recently realized the impact of the great things it has accomplished because it gives 100% of all donations to its cause and not only that, but it also absorbs its administrative costs by Merla, its founder out of her meager fixed income. Her great devotion to Our Lady has inspired all of us to continue to work in the vineyard of Our Lord for He had said: 'If you love Me, then feed the hungry, visit the sick, visit those in prison and cloth the naked". As handicapped as she is with Cerebral Palsy, she makes it a point to visit and see for herself the fruits of our labor which not only includes improved living conditions of the poor and infirm but also making sure that several of the seminarians who have been ordained as priests are ministering to those far away places where people are in dire need of help from physical as well as spiritual.
On the behalf the widows who were given help by the MQAN. I write a positive review on the work of the Alliance. We as widows of genocide of 1994 in Rwanda, we were in poor and desperate situation. We could not afford to buy food, we clothing’s, and pay Insurance (Mutuelle de santé), but after we were helped by the Alliance, giving us a pig each, we reared them, and sold the offspring’s, earring money, that we use to buy what we could not afford .
Long live MQAN. May you get more meanings to help more poor people to live a descent human life?
I am Valentine MUKASHYAKA

Thank you to all benefactors. Great is your work in helping the poor. There are still other children who benefitted but we lost contact with them. God bless us all.
My niece, now Mrs. Analou Nicolasura, had been a recipient of kindness of MQAN missionary alliance when she was in high school as she had been staying in our orphanage, St. Dominic Girls' Home in Iloilo City. I am Sr. Dulce Corazon Bacosa, OP. from Dominican Sisters of the Most Holy Rosary of the Philippines. I am happy to receive a book from your organization. May you continue to help those in need and especially the sisters in carrying their apostolate to the poor. Thank you very and may God bless us all.
I just met this group today and it is unbelievable. They are so generous and have helped people from all over the world. I found out that they have already helped our Home for the Blind in the Philippines. God bless them so that they can continue to bless others.
Re: A review on the work of MQAN
On the Behalf the orphans were given pigs by MQAN. I would like to write a review on the work of MQAN.

Re : Positive Review on MQAN
I am one of the Church volunteers among 144 who were assisted by Mary Queen Of All Nations Missionary Alliance. Before we were assisted by Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary most of us could not afford metuelle (Health Insurance) in our Country. We would not afford to buy scholastic materials for our children and me in particular I have gained a lot from the assistance given to us by MQAN, through our Father Bernard. The self-sufficient project that was given to us has helped me much. Now I can afford most of the daily necessities because of the self-sufficient project that was given to us.
I can now sell the offspring of the goat I was given to meet my daily necessities and I now live a descent life due to the self-sufficient project.
Thanks to Mary Queen All Nations Missionary Alliance. May it continue to help more many people to live a descent human life? Long live “Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary”. May it get more help to help people in a third world to be up lifted to a descent human life? May God give you more more donors to be able to help more people like us?
Thank you Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance.
LONG LIVE MARY QUEEN OF ALL NATIONS MISSIONARY ALLIANCE.
I am MUKUNDWA Joy who has benefited from the assistance given to us by Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance through our Father Bernard KYORIBONA.
God bless you.
Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance It is a really very heart warming to hear from the people around the world who are being being helped by this wonderful nonprofit organization. I am amazed at how it can continue to do what is being done to the poor of the poorest around the different countries in the world.
My mother and I have been donating since the early 1980"s to this wonderfull organiization. The founder, Merla has always been very hardworking and dedicated to its goals.
Finally, in 2012 mom and I actually went to New Jersey to meet this fine lady and we had hands on contact with her organization and her way of life.
He whole home is consecrated to the Holy Trinity with beautiful statues and pictures. In her living room were many huge boxes filled with books, rosaries, religiious merchandise to send all over the world. Another corner had bags and boxes of religious stuff, collected and sorted to send out.
She attends Mass every day. She showed us all her Organization's financial books, Minutes, etc. are organized monthly and yearly. We attended a Meeting that was being held that Friday. We met other members of the Organization. Merla told us that she used to go and visit each of the places all over the world that she sends goods to to make sure the goods were getting to those in need. Thru the years her physical disability has encumbered her, so her trips have decreased. However, she has secure people in the areas that she sends the goods to and they readily acknowledged receipt of shipments. At any time, anyone may inquire a statement from any stated area of where donations were sent and Merla can provide a letter of receipt and what/who received them. Many are every so grateful and look forward to her shipments.
Mom and I were very proud to meet Merla. For years also, we make mission rosaries and we send hundreds to Merla to send out to the areas of need in the world. We read many grateful letters sent to her from people all over the world benefiting from what she sends to them. There also were letters from priests, sisters and Bishops commending her Organization. She does so much with all that she receives and all goes directly to the Organization. She uses alot of her own finances to cover postal costs, etc. Her focus remains in getting to the needy her collected religious goods so they can use them.
We give the highest rating because she and her organization deserve it.
