Some are already in foreign nations. They had been helped by this organization during their school years with us. I write this review in behalf of them. Sr. Auxil Sumagaysay, O.P.

I became aware of this organization when my wife started donating to it. The more I heard about their work the more willing I was to donate to it. When I heard the story of the priest (somewhere in India) saying mass in the street using a cot for and altar and how this little group help build him a chapel, I became a supporter. Then the other projects I was made aware of such as the many self-sufficency projects so people could feed themselves, their family and maybe have have a little surplus so they can sell. That little surplus enables them to send their children to school ,get medical care for a sick member of the family. They moniter every cent that is spent and every donation is used entirely for their projects. All operational expenses is shoulder by their director and all the work is done by the director and a group of faithful volunteers.

I had volunteered few times and help out as much as I can. This organization deserves a high recognition. Their donor’s donations are 100 % going to the needy and indigent people who really deserved to be helped. What more you could say for an organization who could give their 100 % time and effort including the 100% donations to deserving third world country. We are blessed here in the United States that we basically have everything we needed to live on and survive.

I have learned about this organization few months ago. Since than I have asked for many masses to be offered for people that needed them very much. I have send but small donations for these masses and masses were always offered. When I expressed my concern if it was enough money Sr. Marla answered " if it is not enough i am going to support, do not worry". I am very thankful for such approach which aside of the fact that is very catholic is tremendously helpful. If not for Marla I would not have been able financially to have these masses offered for young troubled people that need God's Mercy so much especially that they have no one to pray for them. And I am a perfect stranger for them, not a family.
May God bless Marla and her organizations now and always. Thank you.

Rather then being a recipient of Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance (MQANMA) assistance, I have been very fortunate, so my role is that of a donor. Therefore my concern is whether the money that is donated is used effectively and efficiently. This is where MQANMA shines. Anyone who takes the trouble to review their newsletter will be amazed at how much good work is done all over the world with their limited resources. The "big" charities leave me with a nagging concern that I am dealing with a corporation out to make a cash profit, not a human profit. Since every cent that is donated is put back into the mission, I can sleep at night. But that's not the whole story. MQANMA is the rare grass roots charity that does what an individual would want to do himself - put the good directly in the hands of and change the lives of the people who actually need it.

Happy All Saints Day and All Souls Day in advance! I am Sister Ma. Serafica M. Tolentino, OP, a member of the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters of the Most Holy Rosary of the Philippines.I am teaching in the University of San Agustin Graduate School in Iloilo City in the Philippines. In 2010 -2011 I collaborated with Sr. Michaela Suresca, OP to help provide scholarship for our poor but deserving students of the Dominican College of Iloilo (DCIL) located in Zarraga , Iloilo. As dean and President of DCIL, I was very grateful for the immediate and continuous response of generosity by the Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance. Many of our students graduated for their two year courses and presently working to help their families.
This year 2013-14, I am now residing in St. Dominic Girls' Home in Molo, Iloilo City together with nine young girls aging from nine to 16 years old. I am a doctor of psychology by profession and these girls need not only psycho-spiritual help but also financial and academic assistance. I heard from Sr. Suresca that the DCIL scholars are still provided for in their academic scholarship. Moreover, she recounted to me how this Alliance had been helping the St. Dominic Girls Home for many years. The girls were provided with toiletries and books. I hope and pray that this generous group would continue helping financially by providing for their scholarship in their basic education. Two of these girls are in the elementary level while seven are in the secondary level of the Holy Rosary Academy, a few meters in front of our Home. I am also an organist and our girls would like to form a choir and even play musical instruments such as guitar, organ or ukelele. We hope that these girls would be able to develop their God-given talents through the help of the members and donors of this great Alliance of Mary. May our dearest Lord and our Blessed Mother continue to bless and specially protect all the generous members and donors as well as those beneficiaries of this Missionary Alliance for the greater honor and glory of God our Loving Father.

Praise the Lord!

I have been acquainted with the Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance much more with sister Mila Ricafranca, a very close sister of mine. This organization became part of my life as a parish priest. I started to know the Alliance and sis. Mila when I was in my Parish, St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, San Vicente, Palawan. The lives of my parishioners in San Vicente were alleviated because their financial assistance was used in our parish program. I was also assigned as a Parish priest of St. Therese, Aborlan, Palawan, San Jose Puerto Princesa City, San Miguel Parish, Puerto Princesa City and all my parish assignments were very fruitful and successful. Me and my parishioners were able to establish the Ministrong Layko ng Komunyon, Piggery, Parish Catechists, Religious store and all of these were established because of this organization, Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance, was with me.
Now in my present parish assignment the Mary Queen of All Nations is helping me establishing the Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) here in Quezon, Palawan. This program includes scholarship, Livelihood and the Parish Library. Now they are sending books and library materials, Religious articles, rosaries, vitamins and used clothes for our poorest of the poor, mass intentions and others. We are and what we are now is because of Mary Queen of All Nations Missionary Alliance and because of our sister Mila Ricafranca who has a big heart for the priest assigned in Missionary Amen.

Christ-filled greetings!

I know Sister Merla Ricafranca of Mary of All Nations Missionary Alliance of Reservoir Avenue, Dover New Jersey, U.S.A. The Alliance and Sister Merla Ricafranca are very caring, loving especially to the needs of our least brothers and sisters here in Palawan. We are one of the many beneficiaries of the Alliance since the 80's. They helped us and my people when I was the Parish Priest of St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, St. Therese of the Child Jesus Parish, St. Joseph Parish, St. Michael Archangel Parish and till now at the Immaculate Conception Parish here in Quezon, Palawan, Philippines. They help the parish by sending used clothes, slightly used materials, books, rosaries, food and others. They help our people especially the poorest of the poor by means of scholarship to some elementary pupils and high school students. They helped in our livelihood program for the poor, the marginalized and the forgotten of the society. For the past four years, they helped our Immaculate Conception Parochial School by sending slightly used books in our library and other materials. They support the needs of our Parish Office until now. Here in our present parish, they help us by building our new Parish Rectory, send slightly used clothes to our natives of the town, medicines and vitamins, intention masses and many others. For the past three years, they helped our two seminarians undergoing their formation in the two seminaries. One is at the Philosophy department of Seminario de San Jose, Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines and the other one at the Theology Department of St. Joseph Regional Seminary, Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines. They are giving an amount of $1,000 each seminarian. They helped and continue helping our Basic Ecclesial Community Program of our Parish for the least fortunate parishioners who are sufferings, sick and abandoned, many disturbed youths, the deaf without Christian instructions who are members of our BEC Program. They help us transform our BEC Program with the arm -- a better quality of life and to alleviate life conditions of our poor people.

It is indeed very inspiring to realize that sister Merla and the Alliance are there as our benefactors endowed with a mature faith and generosity who could see the need and even the urgency of sharing their material treasures for the worthy cause. Because of Sis. Merla and the Alliance, we have realized that the vision of people total human and spiritual development is not after all hard to achieve, if there are others like sister Merla and the Alliance who are willing to hold hands with us.

I have ben a donor to this organization for the past three years. Their philosophy of helping the poorest of the poor with 100 per cent of their donation impressed me. When I learned of their many projects that they finance and how carefully they keep tract of every project, and every cent that is spent. I've attended a few of their meetings and have seen the many E-mails they receive asking for help. The self-reliance projects alone are inspiring. The "thank you" letters, pictures and E-mails tell a very moving story of how money well-spent can go a long way. They finance small projects that can reach or benefit the most people. They give the word "Charity" real meaning.

Ten of us in school in Uganda are very grateful to this organization. This organisation has helped us a lot through Fr. Pontius Bandua, thanks to Sister Merla. We hope to get more support from this organisation to continue with our education.

Speaking of charity, I don't think there is no other great person who can personify this other than Merla Ricafranca who is the founder of Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance in Dover, New Jersey. Come to think of it, she herself could have benefited from its great work since she had been aflicted with Cerebral Palsy since the day she was born; but instead, she offered herself up to the service of the Lord in helping those more disadvantaged than she was by sacrificing her meager income to help the poor helpless familiies in the third world countries and among them was of course, the Philippines where she came from. Then as soon as she was able to get a few members who were willing to give thier time and effort for such a wonderful cause, then it gradually extended to India, Bolivia, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, and so many other third world countries in desperate need of help. Mind you, the workers are volunteers who do not get paid for the work that they do including sending packages ot rosaries, books, school supplies as well as toiletries and even some viamins to the poor under nourished children of the villages. With the contributions it gets of which 100% goes to the missions, they are able to provide toilets for sanitation as well as chapels for places of worshipin the villages which are served by the number of ordained priests in the diferent provinces. Actually, there is much more work to be done but that sometimes become impossiblr to do with the limited funds it has. Only with God's help and the generosity of our much needed donors will His will be done on us.

I am sure the Holy Spirit must have led me to know Merla, the founder of Mary Queen of all Nations Missionary Alliance and its wonderful works. At first I was not fully aware of the kind of organization it was until I started attending the monthly meetings. With just a handful of members, great things have been accomplished by the Alliance over the years by inviting a few donors who could spare a few hundred dollars so that we can wire some money to help some poor seminarians finish school and be ordained to the preisthood. Not only that but we also mail out much needed books and school supplies to poor students who do not have the means and resources they need. The families are able to start a lot of self help projects from breeding farm animals and growing and selling them so that they have some source of income. I really admire Merla for her unbelievable efforts in helping our poor brothers and sisters in the third world countries like India, Bolivia, the Philippines, etc. I can just imagine how much more that this non profit organization would be able to do if only it has all the funds it needs to share the world. I think Merla has become our modern day Mother Theresa with all the works she does.

This organization had very humble roots in my parish in Morristown, NJ, USA A concerned parishioner saw suffering, figured out how to help and has worked for years to make sure that every dollar goes to those who need it. You can't get much better than that.

This charity is one of the only charities that uses every dollar, every cent that donors donate to help people. Merla uses the money to help the poor all over the world to build schools, dig wells, buy cows or seeds to empower people with self-sufficiency projects such as raising pigs, goats, chickens, cows, sheep, buffaloes, sewing and knitting machines, agricultural and gardening tools and fertilizers, carpentry tools, fishing boats and fishing nets, rickshaw and tricycle van for transportation service.
Her work is amazing.
