Results: Since 1979, Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners has been making an impact in eight west suburban Hennepin County communities, working to prevent and alleviate poverty through effective cross-sector partnerships including thousands of volunteers. Interfaith Outreach provides both emergency and long-term solutions around food, clothing, stable housing, employment, child care, transportation and healthy community connections.
