We were looking for a young dog a few years ago and we always loved Bully breeds. Fresno Bully Rescue had the perfect dog for us. They were very well educated on the breed, their facility was immaculate, the dogs were well taken care of. We over the years have gotten to watch them grow and adopt out many dogs to great homes save more dogs, and educate the community on Bully breeds as well as help out with animal cruelty issues in their community. This is definitely a non profit I will continue to support for years to come.
THEIR LOVE FOR THE BREED IS SHOWN BY MAKING SURE THE FAMILY IS THE PERFECT FIT FOR THEIR ADOPTABLES. NOW THAT MY SON IS 4 YEARS OLD, I AM SO EXCITED TO ATTEMPT THE ADOPTION PROCESS...
We fell in love with our girl, Ellie, 5 years ago. We saw FBR at a Home show and knew instantly we wanted the puppy that had foster parents. She is a mastiff pit mix and the Fresno bully rescue has been with us every step of the way!
Bridgette and Ryan Boothe have been amazing and we try to support FBR as much as possible!
Every experience I've had with staff and volunteers of the Fresno Bully Rescue has been more than positive. They clearly have a passion for the breed and are willing to work very hard to make a difference. Such dedication and caring should be applauded!! Good Job, FBR!!
I adopted my dog 7 years ago from Fresno Bully, all of the staff was great and patient while we met dogs. The facility was clean and filled with volunteers that loved being there.
FBR is a wonderful non-profit organization! We adopted our first baby six years ago, and shortly after, brought home a baby sister. They do a great job of raising awareness about breed discrimination, and finding forever homes to these gentle giants
I adopted my first dog as an adult from FBR. They were so helpful with matching me up with the most amazing dog that fit my lifestyle. Even 4 years later they still care about her and love seeing her update pictures. The adoption process was great and so is the staff! I love my adopted pup so much!
We love fostering for this wonderful
Organization. They do such awesome work in our community and we are forever grateful!!
Wonderful organization! The dogs are loved and well cared for. The board truly cares about the dogs and does everything in their power to save as many as they can and to care for each dog the best they can. They work hard to educate the public about the breed and also work with individuals to help them keep their dogs. FBR is tremendous!
My first experience with Fresno bully rescue was in 2010 and we lost our beloved boy, Dempsey. Demps was my boy before my hubby so, it was his turn to pick our new fur baby and we adopted a beautiful girl, who has been the best dog ever. Since then I volunteer there and have adopted 3 more from this amazing organization!
Selfless and always giving back to the community. Taking in dogs and most importantly informing the public about the breed and true responsibilities of being an owner.
FBR is an incredible non-profit who not only champions an under served breed, BUT also provides incredible support and guidance to those families who choose to adopt one of their dogs. Their commitment to placing these animals in the best homes possible is something to be commended! And let's not forget the educational services they provide to the community to learn about responsible pet care and ownership. Couldn't image our home with Cupcake in it! Thanks FBR for all you do!
When I was looking to find a new fur member to add to my family I did my research and was drawn to Fresno Bully Rescue. Within a couple months I brought home Luna, a perfectly matched Female Pitbull. The experience of adopting through FBR was amazing. Their staff is highly dedicated to the dogs. It was also an amazing platform for my then 5 year old daughter to get involved as advocate for something close to her heart.
I have been educated on the breed. The education provided by the great staff and volunteers has allowed me to be blessed with 2 fur children from here and has made me a huge advocate. They never forced their opinions on me and helped me to find the best fits for my family.
I started volunteering 7 1/2 years ago when I needed help with a pit bull I found. I fell in love with this rescue. The commitment they give to this misunderstood breed. Educating the community about spay and neuter, vaccination and being a responsible dog owner. Shedding a light on this breed. I have seen hundreds of dogs go to good homes that would have otherwise been put down if not for Fresno Bully Rescue.
My wife and I have been supporting FBR on a monthly basis for several years now. Not only do they take great care of the dogs that come their way, they also have fantastic advocacy programs to help educate our public about bully breeds.
