I am exposed to this group through Facebook ad at rallies where I see people wearing the patch. This is a noble and critical cause. Having once been under the addiction to alcohol (freed for 5 years praise God) I have seen firsthand the damage drinking and driving/riding can do. Keep up the great work !!
Riding is something the whole family can do. My dad rides, my fiance rides and I ride. I love that there is an organization that is spreading awareness of drunk driving relating to the biker community. By wearing B.A.D.D.'s gear you can spread the knowledge and maybe change someone's life. Thank you B.A.D.D. for all that you do.
I don't think I need to tell any brothers or sisters what it is I have seen in 40 years of riding but it's time to put an end to what we've all experienced with drunk drivers with our own close calls and the loss of our brothers and sisters by ear responsible drinking and driving 5 stars to bikers against drunk drivers
It's Great that they worked hard to support fallen bikers n families. I applaud them for their awesome service n supports!!
I was recently introduced to B.A.D.D. by a friend of mine, and I've read many of the tragic stories of bikers who have been involved with drunk drivers as well as many of the stories about the charity work that B.A.D.D. has done as well as what they are doing each and every day. Here soon, I will be a a new and 1st time rider, and I get more and more excited as I count down the time until I get my bike. Thank you again B.A.D.D for all that you do in many different ways. Be safe everyone.
Just like to say that it is awesome to see so much help from fellow brothers and sisters towards other brothers and sisters in time in need and in celebration. We all need to stick together cause we are all family when we first sit on our bikes and ride.
Riding a bike is hard enough without having to worry about drunk drivers running us over. I fully support B.A.D.D. as they spread awareness of this critical safety issue. I don't drink and drive; I don't drink and ride; and I don't want to be hit by someone who does either. Thanks, B.A.D.D. - keep up the good work!
Too many of the bikers I know think nothing of getting on their bikes after drinking (or even WHILE drinking). More riders need to be wearing, and abiding by, this patch.
Of all the groups as this on social media nowadays, Bikers Against Drunk Drivers, I feel, is the most compassionate and true of them all. You get the feeling from their posts and stories that they truly believe in what they are doing. Keep the goodness in your heart!
Keep it up! Yall are really making a difference. You guys rock! My dad is out there every chance he gets and i feel a little safer knowing there are groups like this, so thank you.
You guys are doing an awesome job, keep doing what you do! And that is making a difference! I sure would like to win a couple of nice rides, but i do really enjoy seeing the peeps that do win stuff!
Have an awesome 2015, and keep up the good work,
John from Deltona, florida!

As a lifelong biker I couldn't think of a better non profit organization. We who ride need to support each other and protect all of us from those who are clueless and put us in danger everyday.
Great organization that is bringing awareness to everyone about drunk driving. And not just motorcyclists. I've been riding since 1970 and worked as a Harley-Davidson collision repair estimator for 7 years, so I've seen what can happen. I pray that the word gets out to everyone and we finally end the madness.
Great organization, anything to get the word out against driving impaired and saving another brother or sister from getting hurt.
Although I personally don't ride, I support the purpose of this group.I am currently saving up for my own motorcycle though, and when I do,you can bet I'll be supporting this group even more.
Great organization to be associated with. Great awareness about who and what drunk drivers affect on a daily basis. Wish more people would get onboard so we could wipe out this problem.

This organization does an outstanding job in getting out the message. I hope it is extended to texting and driving just as loudly. It scares the hell out of me to approach a car a not be able to make eye contact because someone is texting. Keep up the good work.

As a rider, we all know it is dangerous enough out on the road. Then to have people drink and drive, it becomes so much more dangerous for all drivers and riders. Groups like B.A.D.D. bring the attention to this cause, and help those affected by this. Thank you B.A.D.D. for working so hard against drunk driving, we all know someone that has suffered from this.

So far i have found B.A.D.D. to be one of the best M/C site out here. They help more bikers than most of other M/C. org. that i have found. keep up the good work. And the great raffles.
As a former drinker and driver I am so grateful that no one but me got hurt over the years of my recklessness and selfish behavior. Have lost many of my biker bros over the years to drinking and driving at their own hand and at the fault of others. I feel it is my responsibility as a recovered alcoholic to help do everything I can to help someone else.
My daughter was killed by a drunk driver coming home from the movies with her boyfriend on their bike and I was holding a memorial ride with no questions asked this orginzation posted it to get the word out unlike other orginzations that didn't do anything.. Thank you
As a new rider and someone who has lost friends, I couldn't ask for a better group to spread awareness. I've lost a couple friends to drunk driving.
i like this group! A good friend of mine was killed 3 years ago cause a drunk driver ran a red light !
i love this group! A good friend of mine was killed 2 years ago cause a drunk driver ran a red light ! His bike was completely smached if that tells you how fast the driver was going !!! This website is such an amazing way to get everyone together and stop this bull crap.
You have a really high profile in the motorcycling community and have been doing great work in the field for years. A great organisation, doing work to raise awareness of the perils of drunk driving and helping those affected by it. Keep up the good work!
We do it in Germany for the victims of the child abuse.

I am thankful for BADD and the hard work and support that they give to the community. It's nice to know that someone not only cares, but makes sacrifices to do something to try and help. Keep up the good work.

B.A.D.D. is an amazing organization. The workers within the organization are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help explain the program. Many people have benefited from the Victims Services and any form of drunk driving awareness is crucial. Often times people may want something unrealistic and one can never really know what they are up against until they themselves become a victim of a drunk driver. Bikers often have a bad reputation and yet their causes are often amazing. From Bikers Against Child Abuse to Bikers Against Drunk Driving. Support the cause and help to grow the charity and help additional victims.
Thank you Matt!
These tough bikers have a soft spot: Generosiity-helping in the community anytime, anywhere, for as long as it takes, these leather-clad guardians will stand tall and strong against the dark, and the fear, and those who seek to harm. They support the victims and their families of a violent crime of riding drunk. Thank you !
Bikers Against Dumb Decisions supporter!
I have worked with Danny and for the cause and I have never met a more dedicated group of hardworking people that are working long hours to raise money for victims injured by drunk drivers and to spread awareness about not drinking and driving it has been a great experience for me and my fellow employees and I am constantly amazed at the response of the pubic and at the number of people that have been personally affected by a drunk driver either injured by them or someone they love injured or killed. Please volunteer or donate in any way you possibly you can and good luck to all those that have bought or are going to buy raffle tickets.
Thank You,
Scott Messamore
I have been a rider and a driver for over 35 years, the average motorist has no idea of the dangers that surround them every time there one the road.
The stupid ones will always be with us ( I am paraphrasing what was spoken 2000 years ago in a book I once read) and you can not fix stupid. On the other hand ignorance can be over come to those who educate them self, my point is that bikers against drunk drivers has done a lot of good work and continues to bring awareness to the general public most important to our youngsters with the cool car and bike raffle. My daughter was very impressed with the information the lady gave her,it's the information I have told her time and time again, she actuly heard it from a stranger. Keep up the good work you B.A.D.D. People.
I was so impressed with my experience with BADD; their awareness programs do a great service in preventing drinking and driving and it's amazing to know how above and beyond they believe in there cause. My experience in donating to BADD was extremely pleasant they were very friendly and had no problems answering all my questions about where the money donated goes to when donated. It's great to know that they not only have programs to prevent drinking and driving but also help those harmed by it regardless if they are bikers or not. It was truly a pleasure to donate to this organization and I look forward to seeing there good deeds for years to come.
Of all the organizations I endorse, B.A.D.D. is one of the noblest by far. I couldn't agree more with the awareness they bring to people everywhere. I had a good friend who was killed by a drunk driver many years ago and I never forgot the impact it made on my life. My hope is that these stories will impact people to not drink and drive, no matter what the vehicle. And I hope that my new patch will serve as a visual reminder as well. Please don't drink and drive -- the ones you harm may be your own family. Thank you B.A.D.D. for all that you do!
I think this group has a great message. You can have a good time riding and being in the company of your friends without adding alcohol to the mix.
Bikers against drunk driving is a fantastic cause. Bikers are very visible when taking up a cause and, are ultra serious about the signifigance of drunk driving.
It is hard to explain how helpfull, & how B.A.D.D. can help families. I know of a few people who contacted B.A.D.D. in need of help, & there experience was amazing. I have seen B.A.D.D. at different events thru out the years, and have seen nothing but groath and more pation form them each time.
It's about time an organization came about which demonstrated that you can be a biker, have a great time and yet not have to drink, especially when riding a bike. Our group has made it a point to become H2O lovers when we are 2 wheeling;

In the past year as a new rider, I have had people I know personally and as acquaintances that have been involved in fatal accidents. The first promise I made to myself is to always be aware and never Drink and Ride/Drive. One lesson should be enough to last a life time. Thank you for promoting and spreading awareness.
i promoted this site because I work in recovery programs with alcoholics and addicts and have lost more than one friend due to drunk drivers. B.A.D.D. GIVES ME ANOTHER TOOL TO USE IN MY MINISTRY IN SPREADING THE WORD OF THE DANGER AND DEVASTATION AND DEATH CAUSED BY DRUNK DRIVERS, SINCERLY KEITH WARREN 314 LIBERTY STEELE MISSOURI 63877..
As a rider and someone who has lost friends, I couldn't ask for a better group to spread awareness. I've lost a couple friends to drunk driving and it's awful.
I have in the past donated to this group at the bruce rossmeyers hd. They do excellent work and helping bikers in need when the time is right. Keep up the great work. P.S. I tried to donate on your site but it would not take a pre-paid credit card.. (you should fix that). Keep up the great work guys, all the best for the new year and ride safe. Jeff
I completely agree with the policy of not drinking and riding. I personally know of a few friends that have been involved in motor vehicle accidents with drunk drivers and I support your organization.
This organization is awesome for bikers and hopefully ever one that will see a stiker or patch or just her about the great work they have down for people. Thanks again B.A.D.D. Lance
Thanks for helping spread the word and to educate about the dangers and life altering affects of Drunk Driving. I do everything I can to ensure that no family will suffer like my good friends in Abilene Texas have; check out the amazing work that Michelle and Mathew are doing in the name of their son Jarrett, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Jarretts-law/215050581846935 . Thanks again for the great work y'all are doing. Scot Northcutt
Great organization and I know that since I ride, I want to keep drunk drivers as far from the streets as possible. GREAT CAUSE!!!!!
This is awsome charity!.! Glad to see an organization that stands for the good of bikers. Thank you a million times over!!
I ride and I have seen what drunk driving can do to a family. How it changes a life forever. I want to be a part helping someone affected by drunk driving. Thank you for letting me share.
Michelle
I have been a biker for over 30 years. back in 1990 I was in my car and a drunk driver ran a red light doing about 80 miles per hour. He died I lived. This is a great organization it does great work and it's something I believe in. I am a commercial truck driver and a biker. Please don't drink and drive. A taxi cabs a heck of a lot cheaper then a life or the fines you're going to have to pay when you get caught and you will get caught hopefully before you kill someone.
Evowoman
My 19 yr old son was killed by a Drunk Driver on June 15, 2013 so after this Tragedy happened I sought support from Bikers Against Drunk Drivers and they have helped me all the way. This Organization shows they care about families in times of Sorrow. Thank You for everything you have done.
I've lost too many friends on the road. Its great to have guys that ride fight against drunk driving. Being on two wheels is hard enough as it is. We dont need a drunk driver making worse. These guys are trying to save lives!
Ray
I'm not one for a lot of words, but being a truck driver by trade and riding as my hobby i see alot of north americas highways both for work and play
It's great to see groups like B.A.D.D. doing the work they do to try and rid the roadways of the ongoing problem of drinking and driving....
keep up the good work

I have worked with or been around this group since the mid 90's and have seen some of the great things they do for people. I am glad to be a volunteer with them and look forward to doing or seeing more in the future
I have been around this group for many years even before I started riding again they do great work and help a lot of families during some very trying times. its great to be involved with such a wonderful group.
Awesome organization, drunk driver hit my husband while he was riding and almost paralyzed him, that is why I support B.A,D.D. Respectfully Di
An awesome organization who has helped countless fellow bikers. Thankfully, I have had no personal experiences, but knowing they would be right there is a comfort. Much respect and appreciation for these guys.
I so believe that BADD is a very important organization for us bikers everywhere. I guess I am a bit partial considering the founder of this great organization, Danny Perkins is a fellow Canadian. I know Danny will remember some yrs ago, a collision between a repeat drunk driver in Quebec, Canada and 3 members of The Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers, a club I have been a member of for 6 1/2 yrs and the 1st Officer of my chapter here in Woodstock, Ont. Can. for 6 yrs. BADD jumped right in and came to the aid of these bikers taken out like bowling pins, on a bend in the road, on a Sunday morning ride. One of the 3 lost part of a leg. a fundraiser was put together, which I donated too and money was raised in hopes he would be able to get a prosthetic leg at some point. I remember Danny delivering funds himself. I am very proud of this man and what he established and has continued all these yrs. One thing I would like to see one day is BADD as big as MADD and signs on the road like you see with MADD. I would love to have a stack of BADD cards to hand out because I still run into bikers today that have never heard of BADD and didn't know there was even anything like that for bikers.
We as bikers should set the standard on how we are in public. It is our responsibility to watch out for our own safety , but we also need to watch out for others who find themselves in a situation a drunk driver has put them in. We in Wisconsin should be more accountable than others, we are known as a drinking state. So why is it we have so many drivers on the road with more than 10 dwi???????
BADD offer a fantastic opportunity for people to "contribute" to a worthy cause. Bringing us all together, united in a shared goal. UK Police are currently offering a financial reward for information leading to the conviction of a Drunk Driver. And I for one would gladly donate it, IF I were to receive the incentive.
This is close to my heart, as I tragically lost my godson to a driver under the influence.
Through this site, and with the clear dedication of the Organisation, WE can all play a part.
Be vigilant as always, but also be vigilant in the pubs and bars.
I know it may not read well, but get the intel on the driver, and the car, because in the blink of an eye, they can ruin a families life.
More power to BADD.
More power to us all, we owe no loyalty to drivers driving drunk, we owe us all a duty of care, and consideration. One phone call has the possibility of saving generations of a family a pointless, and cruel future. We all ride, and live our lives with one eye on consequences of OUR actions. Let us REMIND THEM OF THEIRS !
Good luck in your endeavors, ride safe,
Any organization who is out there helping a fellow biker or their loved ones who are in need is wonderful by me. Keep up the great work! thank u
I think any organization that raises awareness for their cause is very necessary, if one person is saved or helped it is a blessing. BADD is working to raise awareness not only for bikers but for anyone who is effected by drunk drivers. I am proud to be able to help BADD spread their word.
As a victim of a drunk driver & a member of the Biker community, I am grateful for & proud of BADD. Their message is clear & much needed! & we should take every opportunity to help spread the word!!
This is a good organization and great causei have ben rideing for 30 yrs. ciean and sober have lost two friends we need groups like this.
This group is Amazing. Thank you for all that you do.
~ from someone who has lost a loved one... thanks again ~
My wife and i are new riders are glad that there are groups like BADD out there educating people out there/
As the former spouse of an alcoholic, I think that this group is amazing. 7 years ago he was taking a joy ride (With the children) and decided to go 55 in a 25. He slammed on the breaks when coming to a very sharp turn. The breaks werent enough for the stone he was carrying in the back of his truck. It took a parked vehical and a storage structure to stop him. The stone came through the back window and bounced off tge dash and hit my daughter in the face. My other daughter, by the grace of god, was unharmed. He ended up blowing a .19 on his breathalizer test.
I got the phone call while I was at work. It was the most horrible feeling in the world. I wish I had someone to help me through the whole ordeal. I am glad that there is a group that can help someone not feel alone when something like that happens.
Can any venture be more worthy? B.A.D.D. saves lives, pure and simple. Every day I read posts, stories really, about the consequences of drinking and driving. This group not only opens eyes to the problem from all angles, but also help survivors and their families. I look forward to the B.A.D.D. News every day!
hello, I am so glad there are organizations like you to protect not only "riders", but also non-riders as well. I have lost many family members & friends over the years to people who are either uneducated, or unaware of the terrible consequences of drinking & driving. thank you for your help in raising the awareness of everyone on the road.
I am a woman who rides, a mother and a wife. the thought of losing any of my family including myself turns my stomach. there are far to many people out there that drink and drive. No one should lose a loved one to someones bad choice to drink and drive. this organization is instrumental in getting the word out there that is NOT ok to drink and drive. I back them 100% in their mission. awesome group of people!
Keep up the great work you all are doing. I'm a 40 year plus biker and love the thought of supporting others that do things that mean something.
Being a Firefighter/Paramedic I am an avid supporter of B.A.D.D! Riding a motorcycle is dangerous enough without impairment. Keep up the good work!!!
I solo ride alot and where I live see a considerable amount of "weavers" . Glad you guys are out there to spread the word! Drinking and driving, or biking is Not Cool! Stay Sober and save Lives!
In 1974 I was involved in an accident that took a mans life. it was the hardest thing in my life. I have spoke at Supreme Courts in Maryland to High School kids about drinking and driving.I've spoke to MADD parents.I have been sober now for 7+ years and believe that God brought me through all of this so I can give back.I am an active member of a 12 step program and it seems that each year around this time (accident happen on Christmas Eve) He has me speaking/sharing at meeting. I would love to start a Chapter in Maine so if you could send me info I would be so greatful. Thank you for all that you do.God bless. Still making amends,Gary
A great organization... with a great cause......to many bikers and others die or get injured due to drunk drivers....lets all make a difference and try to keep others from driving drunk
Great folks who do great things. They take great pride in their cause. Being possitive for othrrs . They are great role models.
This group has far reaching effect on everyone worldwide. I have been to Australia and seen this on many Bikers vests. The impact that this group has on the biker community and on the public in general is immense as it brings to light that Drunk Driving is an issue that could effect anyone.
You guy are the best. As being part of our local HOG Chapter we also do what we can to help. We need more people like this group. B.A.D.D needs to be in more places around the world.
My husband has been to many bike shows and meets and has met B.A.D.D. riders/supporters. It was always a pleasure meeting them and they were all very pleasant. It's been very invigorating reading others testimonials and how much B.A.D.D. has helped!
Your cause combines 2 of my passions riding my bike and bringing awareness to drunk driving. I am a LEO and an active member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. You guys are the best of both worlds.
I lost my boyfriend recently in an alocohol related motorcycle accident this year and I went to this organization for support. They are a doing a fantastic job of raising awareness for a great cause. I want to thank them for being such an impact on so many lives. What a fabulous organization!
This is a great community filled with amazing people and stories. The cause they support is a growing epidemic and this helps get people involved to try and make a difference and to get help to those that need it most.
great bunch of guys premoting an even greater message, thank god there are people out there doing it right, TRUE bikers
I would have to say that I am all for this group! I am already with the Concerned Bikers Association and we fight for Laws to help out all bikers! We need more groups like this one to help protect all riders! Thank You for all that you all do!
Thank you for all this organization does for the community. There is A LOT of time and hard work put into this nonprofit organization ! YA'LL ARE AWESOME !!! #TEAMB.A.D.D :))
I think that this is such a WONDERFUL organization that helps so many people worldwide. Thank you for everything that you do!
Your organization is great! Watching and hearing all you do for others is awesome! You are there in time of need for others without hesitation. Keep the good work i will proudly display your patch and stickers! ♡
I have to say that B.A.D.D. is amazing with all they do and the things they done for people and I'm fully behind them 110% !!!!!!!!
BADD is one of the most significant and important public service biker organizations going today! Be aware, bikers are everywhere!!
Stopped into Bruce Rossmmeyers Daytona Harley Davidson and found a volunteer selling tickets to raise funds for BADD and of coarse purchased 20 tickets and became aware of your great work. The awareness you bring and the wonderful work you do is second to none. Thanks for allowing me a channel to donate. Keep up the good work and hello from Canada.
Thanks
I really stand behind you on
Bikers Against Drunk Drivers - B.A.D.D. News
May everyone be aware and stand up! Ride with the love in your heart and mind as well.
Thank you for all yous do, its people like you that change lives and do good when people need it the most. It is good knowing you are all there to support others! Im glad to be a part of it.
bikers against drunk drivers is a fantastic group. doing there best to get the word out that drinking and driving damages peoples lives. as for me I was hit by a fellow rider back in 06 on a poker run he was drunk, I was sober we both landed in the ditch me with my foot severed and him with a broken leg. rushed to hosp. and both of us were treated they reattached my foot[thank god] and after months of healing i'm back on my bike.never will I do a poker run again. not because of the wreck because that's a chance we all take when riding, but because poker runs promote drinking and driving. and any time I can help b.a.d.d.i will support them to the fullest
Previous Stories
such a great thing yall are doing I will be proud to wear the patch I am sick and tired of loosing brother and sister because of drunk drivers.
They really help to make all aware of the dangers the bikers have. They help people who have been victims of drunk drivers.
Just a really great orginization to make us so aware of drunk drivers and the tragidies they cause against us as Bikers and also all people that have lost love ones to some who choose to drink and drive..I appreciatte them for taking this stand to this on going tragedy..as the holidays are upon us we see way to many situations of this happening and I am so glad thatBikers Against Drunk Drivers are out there to further educate all people on this very bad problem..thanks again for their time and energy in this..
In March of 2012 I lost a co-worker, Jason Strickland , to a careless drunk driver. Jason had just gotten off that morning from his job as an EMT in Atlanta, GA. On his way home he was hit from behind by a drunk driver who too was on his way home from an all night outing at a local strip club. I support B.A. D.D. In any way shape and forum. To many people have been lost both in cages (cars) and bikes from these careless individuals .
such a great cause and form of awareness for all to get on board with. drunk driving has to be stopped enough lives have been taken and glad to see a brotherhood step up and take action.
As a biker,I have seen way too many who have been injured or lost their lives due to the negligence and carelessness of others. B.A.D.D. is such a huge support & advocate for bikers and their families. The best of brotherhood...
Hi from Australia have been following you guys for a long time you do amazing work, need you downunder!!
Lost my 5 year old grandson to a drunk driver 15 years ago. I had a lot os friends and family who helped me thru this and I am so thankful yo all had my back.
As a grandfather who recently had my 4 year old grandaughter die in a car crash, I all too well know the heartbreak we go thru when a CHILD is endangered.
I'm honored to be allowed to be a member of B.A.D.D. It's such a Great organization. Children are our MOST precious gift from God!! They are the most vulnerable, and they NEED people like the 'angels' from B.A.D.D. to help protect them. We're all of the same heart, protect those who can't protect themselves!!!
Even Jesus talked about the great importance of children, (Mar 9:42) "Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.
I'm thankful this great organization exists, and that I can partake in their goals of keeping our children safe.
I hope many more people will become involved with this organization
It is so refreshing and inspirational when people who appear to be normal, average everyday people; step up and show how out of the ordinary they are by helping someone who could never truly repay them. And who better to help then children. Every Member / Biker who volunteers in this fashion, restores my faith in humanity. The works is better for having this organization and everyone in it.
My son is in the Air Force, in 2004 three weeks before he was to marry his soul mate, she was killed. I remember as if it just happened. It was 1:00 a.m. when the phone rang and I saw the number was a overseas number ( my son was in Japan ). I answered to the screams of my son saying Claire is dead. I remember trying to calm him down and get a phone number to his SGT, got the number called his Sgt. who got right to my son. Then I had to make to call to Claire"s mom Kathy as a mother I did not know what I was going to say to her. Claire had been apart of our lives for 3 years she was like a daughter to me and was going to be my daughter in 3 weeks not my daughter-in-law. Our families were close so what was I going to say to Kathy a parents worst nightmare just happened to her. Kathy answered the phone with such a calm voice, I was set back a little. I later found out she seen it was my number and she wanted to be calm for me because she knew just how much I loved Claire and that I was hurting for the lose of Claire, the pain my son was going through and their pain, ( This is how beautiful of a family Claire had, her mom was worried about me) that call was hard. Claire was a beautiful angel, she stuck up against bullies when she was in high school, She stood for all that was right and had a very strong love for animals. She was a champion diver and was starting her first year of college, she was going to be an Architect and trust me she would have been a great Architect. On that fateful night she had went to one of her friends house to drop off a book. Her friend had some other people over and this guy was very drunk and was going to drive himself home. Claire took his keys from him and said she would give him a ride home. We really don't know or understand what happened on the country road. The guy who survived said Claire lost control while speeding, she then corrected her car but for some reason he said she lost control again and he crabbed the wheel that is when the drivers side of the car hit a very big utility pole, Claire was killed instantly, the guy was uninjured. Nothing made sense about the accident, Claire did not speed she drove like a little old lady. We brought in a accident expert and had the steering wheel finger printed. The results were not what the guy had said happened, it showed his finger prints all over the string wheel and the marks on the road showed one sharp skid straight to the pole. Even the police did not believe his story but did not have enough evidence to charge him with cause the accident. What the police and the accident expert think may have happened was he made a pass at Claire and she was fighting him off and he crabbed the wheel and she hit her brakes and the car hit the pole. Claire lost her life trying to make sure a drunk driver did not get behind the wheel of his car. (Yes Claire did know this guy he was not a stranger). Her funeral was delayed for three days so my son could get back to the states. He visitation started at 5:00 and was to end at 8:00, it did not end until after 11:00. We knew Claire had touched a lot of lives but not that many. Such beautiful stories we heard about this beautiful angel. Through the visitation my son never cried, I set there the whole time my heart breaking for her family, my son and all of us who loved her so. Wondering why such a loving, caring sharing young lady's life was cut so short. I know we are not to question God but we are human. The funeral was the next day, my son was a pallbearer when the casket was loaded into the hearse my son shut the door right then and there he fell to his knees and broke down for the first time he knew that was the last time he would see his beautiful Claire, here on earth. I ran as fast as I could to my son, I wanted so bad to bring Claire back and to take my son's pain away but I could not do that. He had to deal with his lose in his way and time. It has been 9 years we all have moved on with our lives, but Claire is not far from us. I wish when this tragedy happened that B.A.D.D. was around, I truly believe B.A.D.D. would of been there for us and maybe could of helped us get justice for Claire! B.A.D.D. are angels and we are all so lucky to have them doing the great work that they do. I personally have not had an experience with B.A.D.D but I have seen what they have done and support them 100%. May God watch over each of you.
As a new member to this group I am impressed by the empathy and compassion for people but not surprised - bikers are a special breed of people who take care of each other in times of trouble and also just enjoy a common goal of enjoying freedom and laughter.
This group is dealing with a problem that is on us every time we get on a bike.
I think that this is a great organization and everyone should support! I've heard amazing storeies about u guys here and I praise u for all ur kindness and giving...
As a victim of a hit and run drunk / drugged driver, organizations such as B.A.D.D. are needed not only to get the word out but helping victims with much needed assistance
I use to live in Texas and am now in Indianapolis ,Indiana and I see so many ppl drinking n driving and so much happens tht I get angry bout it ..I see ppl here riding those mopads cuz they lost there license but they don't have to have a license to drive one of those due to drinking n driving and it truly upsets me cuz they can still hurt someones family on those lil things as well,Why allow this when they are the ones who desided to drink n drive but they seem to get a smack on the hand and still get to get around on two wheels .. im very upset w this cuz I knw other places u have to have a lic no matter what ur driving ..I have always liked n kept up w B.A.D.D and also B.A.C.A,two of my favorite types of organizations for the good of familys and kids..
This an organization who has without a doubt helped many victims.
Let me tell you about myself
I am a victim of a drunk driver two times in my life.Yes two times.
First time-I spent for age 9 to 12 in and out of the hospital. This included 9 months in a full body cast from my neck to my toes and including both legs. A year in a wheel chair with the diagnosis of never walking again.
Thanks to great people and great therapist I not only started walking but went back to playing hockey
Second time-
I was 18 and was a top prospect to play for the Philadelphia Flyers. I worked my butt off to get here.
After a playoff game one night while outside waiting for the team bus a fan that was drunk lost control of his car in the parking lot and yes ,you guessed it, I was hit again.
This time taking any chance I would have of playing hockey again on that level.
What makes all of this even worse is
First Time- Driver skips the state and never found
Second Time- Driver does not receive any consequences at all
Organizations like this prevent this from happening. I would not be endorsing this organization if I did not see the countless hours and personal time dedicated to helping these victims. Not to mention allot of their own funds. They work tirelessly to get results.
This organization is showing relentless effort and could use all the endorsements it can get.
Please help them in anyway that you can.
This comes from an expert in this field.
Regards,
John
I am happy that there is a Foundation that makes people aware how big a threat is driving under the influence of liquor. And it is not only for the drunk people but also (or perhaps above all) the man who is in the second car, passes through roadways or just walking down the sidewalk. Just THANK YOU!
BADD is an outstanding group, I appreciate their effortsin DWI/DUI education to all. I'll always help whwn I can.
Retired Texas Peace Officer, Firefighter/Paramedic, seen too much..
It is hard to put into words just how much a group like this helps a community. Not only in support or aid to those affected personally by this plague that has gotten out of hand. But also in bring out awareness to those that this type of thing has just become common place in this country. So that they 'Think Before Driving', 'Look Twice' and 'Watch Out' for that which is not right.
And for it to be a group of Bikers that has a bad stereotype of having a 'Don't get a ****' attitude about everything. And to show people that 'Bikers' are not that stereotypical group...we do have a heart, we are caring people and will do what is needed in any way we can.
Well that is enough to make a girl cry with joy to be a part of...even if only by continuing to spread the word.
It really brings joy to my heart to see the people who are so often and very much maligned stepping out to help where all the others just turn and walk away. It really underscores the values we as bikers put foremost in our lives. God Bless each one of y'all
This organization definantly brings the "X-Factor" (a hard to describe quality) thones behind his groupe support and the ones behind this group are amazing! As a rider I support my brothers 100%
These guys a great organization they help those who are ineed an gives us bike riders a voicei go to skulleys an know a lot of folks that do this and i thank that this a great charity for helping people who need it .thanis to B.A.D.D. Y'ALL ARE GREAT
BADD is a wonderful organization dedicated to keeping the roads safer for bikers and drivers alike. The drunk driving epidemic in America guts families and destroys lives. Thank you BADD!
Thank you guys for everything. I lost my dad two years ago to a drunk driver on his nightly ride. He was struck by an on coming car and flew him into a ditch to be found with a broken neck. I myself am a biker and I support everything you guys do to keep our people aware and roads safe.
I would like to say thank you to all of you at BAAD for everything you do. Your organization helps so many people come together to talk, and in talking about their situations begin to heal. I am so inspired by a lot of the stories I read on your page. Thank all of you who have posted stories, who have shared parts of your lives with all of us. Praying everyone has a safe and Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. And again....thank you.
As a Veteran, Biker, and accident survivor. I am always grateful for organizations like B.A.D.D. that give support when needed. Plus go out of their way to keep our roads safer. Keep it up! You will always have my support.
I believe in this charity as it is the hands and feet of Christ Jesus in that it is looking out for those of us and our families, friends who ride these roadways day after day.
Let us put a stop to the many alcohol related death that are so sad. And let us be the light in this dying world to expose the harmful effects of this hurt, habit and hangup.
I love this charity and all it stands for. One of the best I've come across. Great people and good hearts.
My brother Jack "Angel" Regan was killed by a drunk driver while on his Harley. He was riding early in the morning to a mission for the Patriot Guard Riders. He was part of the B.A.D.D. family. B.A.D.D. stepped up and really helped my family
I just wanted to thank you guys for all the wonderful work u guys hv done spreading awareness abt this epidemic in the united states. I got a DUI in 1996 and THANK GOD I didn't hurt anyone and I wenmt to jail, the Victim Inpact Panel really opened my eyes and I NEVER drove drunk again, as a matter of fact ill be CLEAN & SOBER for 3years in Feb PRAISE GOD!! keep it up guys
In 1977, My brother was 16 when he was killed by a drunk driver, driving a local county school bus. Back in the day, there was no drunk driving police checks, awareness, stats, tv commercials or any type of public awareness. Bikers Against Drunk Drivers is getting the 'word' out to people of all ages that are driving all types of vehicles - - do not drink and drive. Love their facebook page and the volunteer time to get the word out. God Bless and Be Safe!
great organization to help public awareness about drinking and driving and looking out for motorcycles. Hope to meet members in my area soon.
I like all thing things your organization is doing for bikers and others that are affected by people who drink and drive - I had a sister who was hit by a drunk driver, she survived (thank god) but others aren't that lucky - organizations like yours help them in so many ways .
Great organization for a great cause. Bikers are people too and need to be looked for!!! Please don't drink and drive or drink and ride.
I would like to first say thank you to everyone at B.A.D.D. for everything they do to gain awareness and to help out people affected by these tragedies. They truly have helped countless people prevent a loss through promoting awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving or to be there when help is needed coping with one. I have seen what can happen firsthand when a good time goes bad via alcohol and vehicles being combined and it never turns out the way you wish it too. This company has my utmost respect and I am truly thankful for all they do for communities worldwide.
Just want to say thanks for starting this to spred the work I have lost meny people to drunk driver and my xmas wish this year is that people will stop and thank before they drink and drive every time
I applaud BADD for helping to inform people of the dangers of drinking and driving, especially on motorcycles. We don't participate in "poker runs" that stop at bars because too many people feel the need to drink alcohol at these stops. Continue the good work!
in the past year , each rally my boy friend and i attended . We met alot of fellow bikers who pretty much talked about what B.A.D.D stands for . with everything from support to getting the word out to other people. to make them more aware of the great cause and organization you have.. like alot of others have said in the past ... A true biker will never let his or her fellow biker drive.. when me and boyfriend are out riding we drink soda or water...
Great Charity to support. My wife & I ride a lot in the summer, whenever we are out we don't drink. To much can happen to fast as you all know. B.A.D.D. keep up the awareness & so will we.
A fantastic organization bringing awareness to a very serious cause. Bikers care! A true biker will never let his brother ride while drinking, too many brothers and sisters are lost senselessly, Ride and Drink responsibly!!
Great cause and organization! Nothing wrong with having fun...but catch a ride don't chance hurting yourself and others.
This is a great organization. In my line of work I have seen way to many people die early due to drunk drivers; both in cars and on motorcycles. BADD works tirelessly to keep bikers safe and show the hazards of drinking and driving. Please listen to there message, lots of lives could be saved.
BADD does so much for so many people, we need more groups doing the same, it's an Honor to be able to join them on the rides and help those in need... Keep up the good work.
I am currently in the fight of my life with stage four ovarian cancer. I contacted BADD on Facebook requesting permission to share my fundraiser on their page and they gladly did so. They are an amazing nonprofit that has impacted many peoples lives including mine. Thank you for being there for us in times of need. Keep up the good work!
I can't even begin to tell you what a blessing it is to know that B.A.D.D. is out there helping those that have endured loss and heighten awareness. There is a certain understanding from one biker to another that can not be matched and having that during the darkness of loss is wonderful. Thank you for all you do! SonShine
My husband has been a rider for years. That is how we met,him and a bunch of guys came over on their bikes and we went riding. so many of our veteran brothers have gone on...RIDE ON!!!!
In a world where there are too many senseless motorcycle injuries and deaths, drunk drivers are the most offensive. This organization works tirelessly to educate and inform in an effort to put an end to the gross negligence of impaired drivers. Kudos to BADD!
I have seen so many stories about BADD helping so many families that are victims! They are a wonderful organization and help people become more aware if things going on! They are very special group and wouldn't change anything about this great orginization!! Keep up the great work!!!:-)
Glad there are people That take time out of there day to make groups like this possible...Thanks for all the hard work you guys do...
I have been on a number of rides and seen bikers not make it after a little too much to drink or a drunk driver hitting a motorcycle. I have personally committed to not drink and ride and found this organization on facebook through a mutual friend. Lets spread this great organization world wide and make sure we ride safe every day.
Years ago my brother was hit by a drunk driver. 3 days in the ICU and we got him back, but he was never the same. B.A.D.D shares a clear and uncompromising message. Don't drink and drive. Bike, cage, whatever. We've said goodbye to too many brothers and sisters because of this stupid act.
My boyfriend lost his leg to a drunk driver on Galveston Island, we had ridden down there with friends for the weekend. This is the first I've seen of this organization but I will put my support behind it 100%. With every ones help we can put an end to bikers and others alike from what can and almost always is a life altering event.
Thanks for the great work that you do here? It can be scary out there on those roads. people need to become more concious and aware of all of us 2 and 3 wheelers out there.
This group is highly focused on getting the message out. Recently lost a local Northern VA couple riding two-up when a drunk driver turned left in front of them. This has got to stop. Too many bikers and friends in cages have had serious contact/encounters with drunk or distracted drivers. I stand behind B.A.D.D. and their mission.
As a rider it is scary enough watching out for the general public let alone an intoxicated driver. Have a friend who will never get to go home to his family again because of someones night of stupidity. To me this is not drunk driving it is murder. I will support Bikers Against Drunk Drivers until the end
Having such a great group of bikers showing the world that we care about people and wants to promote the idea that drinking and riding your motorcycle or driving your car is so wrong..and having it out there we bikers sharing our stories and feelings. I have lost too many friends to drunk drivers..and I pray that the message gets out so that many many more riders families have to suffer the loss of their loved ones.............thank you and much respects hangman Ontario canada
I work in a field that teaches the youth and many adults as well what can happen to them if they choose to drink and drive. And I support and organization that takes the time to do the same thing. Keep up the amazing work you are all doing.
I have lost two biker friends this year from drunk driving. I will proudly wear your patch. Keep up the good work.
Read the thank you from a family member that had to fly in to assist with funeral arrangements for his brother that was killed by a drunk driver. He talked of the agony that lay ahead, meeting with his sister in law and then doing the arrangements. When he arrived he surprised to find that this organization had steppud up and assisted the widow and was there for support. It doesn't get any better than that/
My boyfriend works at a Harley dealershio here in Iowa. I love going in and talking with all the guys. I hear all these stories about bike crashes and most of the time is by drunk drivers. So I am proud to say i support B.A.D.D and glad to see people make a difference. The world view on bikers is always a bad one. Organizations like this prove them wrong.
I have known people that were killed and injured by drunk drivers. It is nice to see an organization get serious about informing people about drinking and driving.
awesome organization!! love that people are finally standing up to drunk driving and making it more aware to the public. having a dad that rides a harley makes me a nervous wreck, so i love to get the word around about how driving under the influence is so dangerous!
Watch out for those bikers!! (:
I'm very impressed with this organization and it's mission. I unfortunately see to many accidents where alcohol plays a role.
Thank you BADD for all that you do for Bikers.
i have lost friends to drunk drivers , spreading the word that this needs to stop and people should not drink and drive is very important...b.a.d.d. is doing a great job of spreading the word and raising awareness ,,thank you
I have been riding for over 30 years and am grateful to this organization and their efforts to raise the public's awareness of the dangers of drunk drivers. I will do my part to get the word out by wearing a patch and displaying a bumper sticker on my vehicle. I do not drink at all, and have been sober for almost 10 years.
as both a Biker and a paramedic (over 30yrs) I have seen what drunk drivers can do and how they effect families. My whole Hearted support to BADD for all they do to educate folks about this tragedy !!! THANKS
Bonzo

I've never experienced a tragedy such as this, however I commend this group for what they stand for & what thry do!
This is a great organization raising awareness by being "BADD "..I think they are doing a wonderful job and pray more people will take their advice.
As a rider and the safety director for our motorcycle club, distracted or intoxicated riders and/or drivers are of great concern and I'm very pleased to have an organization like B.A.D.D. to use as resource for information and a sounding board for the experiences of our riders. Please keep up the good work!
These guys are hard working and loyal to the end, a great organisation run by great people, folks get behind these guys !!
As a motorcycle rider we don't get a second chance when it comes to an accident, it's my job to make sure you see me, it's your job to make sure you are fit to drive !!
As a motorcycle rider myself you hardly see such groups as good as this one. They help people all over and but the awareness out their as well. Keep up the great work and ride on brothers.
I was completely amazed when I learned of this organization. What an incredible thing to see. I had begun to lose all faith in the human race lately, for many good reasons. This has instilled some of that back in me! Thank you!!! I pray that someday this organization will be in our area one day. I sit on the board of The Angel Haven Recovery House, a clean and sober living home for women. A challenging experience to say the least. Many prayers and hugs for your organization to prosper throughout the world!!! Great job!!!!
Thanks for making people aware of the dangers of drinking and driving. I've lost many friends over the years because people forget that this is decision that can mean life or death. Whether it's a motor vehicle or a motorcycle. Many brothers and sisters who ride ~ ride sober!! Thanks again for all the work you guys do and keep spreading the message!!
Im glad that there are people out there to stand up and be against drunk drivers. I support you guys 100% keep up the good work
I am honored to follow such a awesome organization. Not only are they inspirational but it gets the word out to everyone that cages and bikes are in this together...THANK YOU
This is great what you are doing. Lots of Bikers understand and support you all the way..To many dunk drivers get by with just a slap on the hand ,go out and drive again. Keep up the good work . Linda
Great group of people letting others know about the Drunks on the streets, be aware and watch out for yourself and others. a lot of us lost Loved ones to this including myself.. Thank You B.A.D.D.
Hi my name is Marie West. I can no longer ride due to arthritis in my legs, but I believe you have a wonderful organization. Please send me a free pact & sticker to. Marie West 205 Dayton Drive Easley, S.C. 29642. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the great work.
This organization is supporting the right cause at the right time. Bikers have always been a generous group of people and this is an easy cause to get behind.
My son was a biker and was out one night with his pals, only drinking soft drinks. He set off home early as he had work the next day and on his way home he was killed by a woman who was out drinking and driving and in a hurry to get to the local pub for the last drinks. She cut in front of my son and he was killed almost instantly. It went to Magistrates Court and then to Crown Court. The judge said he could not impose the penalty he would wish, as the laws in the U.K. would not allow this. He would not fine her the paltry sum he was allowed to, as it would be a disgrace to my 22 year old sons memory. She got off with a driving ban. The judge appealed to people in the court to lobby their M.P.'s to get the laws changed. This is what I did. I got over 15,150 signatures from all over the U.K. over a 5 week period, with the help of a motorcycling magazine who made it their centre page feature case for unfair treatment of bikers. I presented the signatures to my M.P. in the February and the law was changed in the July. This was back in the 1990's and the law has further been changed against drinking and driving with still insufficient penalties for drink/driving. My son, Dale Roberts, was a perfectly innocent victim with his whole life in front of him and then nothing.
This organization is awesome! I have read many stories from people they have helped and my heart swells each and every time. These guys are awesome and their cause is beyond awesome!
My thought is that this.organization is.helping with keeping awareness of those who are.hurting innocent people by being irresponsible with.bad.habbits. To hsve an organization that helps make.this problem front page.news it.keeps.thoes who.would.drink.and.drive in check. Great bunch.of ordinary people doing.extraordinary thing's.
My hat is.off.to.them.and I look forward to helping in any.way I.can.
As an active law enforcement officer, I feel it is important for myself and the agency I represent to always promote public safety and awareness in regard to driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. B.A.D.D. has taken a positive approach toward public awareness by informing, educating and sharing the positive and negative aspects of the careless acts caused by many in society. In addition, motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the U.S. are challenged to become even more aggressive in their defensive riding techniques. B.A.D.D. provides another way to provide a network for riders to share their stories and tips to remain safe on our nation's highway's and byway's. I am grateful to belong to such a proactive organization and a willing supporter. Thanks B.A.D.D.!
I love what this group stands for. Im also in recovery and ride motorcycles and there is a need for more awareness out there.
AS a member of (3) different riding associations, safety and awareness is always our main priority and message. I ran across this site this morning on Facebook - and after reading much of the information on the site, I was impressed as to the message - and charity - behind this amazing group. Sadly, I have lost some friends to drunk drivers, and anyway we as part of the motorcycle community can share, learn from, and give back to our brothers and sisters who ride, that is a powerful and positive message from al bikers. Looking forward to spreading the word about B.A.D.D. here in our local community.
Bikers are some of the most generous and loyal people on Earth. We lose too many of us to the idiots that drink and drive. This organization is working tirelessly put educate and hopefully save someone you love.
BADD is one of those organizations that one cannot help but notice on the landscape of non-profits and charities here in the USA. Not only are they passionate about their work they are spreading a valuable message to all. People who ride bikes for a living or for fun are some of the greatest souls around and they are like anyone. We all need to be educated about this important issue and we need support when times are bad for us or our families. Danny has done a great job in promoting the cause to many and I look forward to being of help to the organization, by helping spread the message to others! KUDOS on a job well done. Much Love and Respect to BADD!
As a patched member of B.A.C.A. I'm proud to support B.A.D.D., I've lost to many friends and to many friends of friends to this selfishness, We have to stand together to put a stop to it, Do what ever we have to do to get the word out. Don't be under the influence and get behind the wheel or a set of handlebars! Thank You B.A.D.D.
BADD is doing am amazing job of providing safe riding education & support for victims of drunk drivers. We all need to stop and think before getting on a bike or behind the wheel...or stop someone that shouldn't ride or drive. & let's face it they have created an engaging Brand with posts of great stories and photos of Bikes all the time.
I hope to learn more and collaborate with BADD this year!
I've been following this organization for some time now and I think there doing a great job getting the word out ! Its hard enough to be seen at times as it is while ridding To deal with a drunk driver shouldn't be an option
This subject of drunk driving is one I am passionate about, as a ex police officer I have seen my share of deaths both on bikes and in cages do to drinking. I love the work you are doing to get the message out there on the ramifications of drinking and driving. Keep up the good work.
I think this is a great cause as im a long time rider driver and we as a whole have to be so very alert even with sober people so great job
I just want to say that what B.A.D.D. Does is outstanding. I personally have not been hit but I know friends who have. I see what the good people of B.A.D.D. From the posts and I hope that one day I can volunteer. B.A.D.D. Is awesome!
This is a great organization! Bikers are known for riding free and parting hard but so many times it ends wth a tragic end. Never be to to big to drop the stand and admit u had to much. Think about your family. Dnt jus fuss about cagers if ur gonnab ride like an idiot. Rubber down chrome up. Keep up the good work. Rooster
I am a Christian biker , badd is such an awesome organization bringing dd awareness to so many , and helping to keep bikers and all drivers safer on the roads , thank you all for your help with such an important issue and God bless you all
I love the commitment of this organization and its leaders to keep the issues involving drunken drivers before us and our communities. So many lives are affected when someone acts irresponsibly and drives while intoxicated. Here in Indy our community has had to deal with, over this past year, a police officer who ran his cruiser into a group of motorcycles at a light, killing one and severly injuring two others. The courts found him guilty of opperating while intoxicated resulting in death....such needless pain and suffering from one BAD decision.
Thank you all for doing such a great job with this site. Lets all get the word out about this site!!! I'm very proud to be a part of this group. keep up the AWESOME work!!!
This is an excellent organization. My husband and I are avid bikers. So we are grateful for such organizations working to keep bikers safe!
I have nothing but praise to give this great organization. They do great work in the community. I know several members and they do good work and are great people.
Having been close to a few friends who were killed by Drunk drivers and how close it impacts others it is great to see a organization of everyday people giving of there time to make a impact on others.
What was sad in my case, was that the drunk driver that killed my friend, was her neighbour.
I greatly appreciate all the stories and volunteer work I see from BADD!! My family lost a member, a very young talented 21year old cousin who was just absolutely amazing in everything he did, and yes gone singing in Heaven now because of a drunk driver :(
Just learned of this organization. I have lost friends because of drunk drivers and I myself won't even have one drink and try to ride.
I try ti help when ever they need help in my area. I love it and i feel we as volunteers we still help spread the word and make a difference.
I am a new rider and there is nothing I would rather do than ride. I have had friends lost to drunk drivers and its no fun. I support all these guys do and am thankful for them.
I have been in 5 accidents in my life and 4 out of the 5 were drinking related. I am not proud to say that one was my fault but, it changed me to the person I am today. It also helps me help others to make the right choices. I have also been unfortunate to see others killed by their drinking or others. It is never an experience you ever want to go through or see first hand. If organizations, like B.A.D.D. can help enlighten anyone into the harms of drinking while driving, any vehicle, then this is what needs to be done.
Thank you for letting me be a part of what's right in society!.......Bryan Preston
As a member of ABATE, we need all the help that can be given for this. I have lost many friends involved in bike accidents. This just helps the awareness outreach. A great organization.
I have been a backseat rider for yrs. 1 1/2 yrs ago I got my own liscense to ride. There is nothing I love more! I take it upon myself to warn others about riding while drunk. I have had several friends have wrecks and a few died. This B.A.D.D. Is the best way I know to get it out there and they are a group I 100% support. Thank you for taking the time for be there and to teach this important message! Too many have been lost and this organization is trying to lower those numbers by being out there and spreading the word! WTG B.A.D.D!
I feel these people go far above what most would. I believe they are doing a great job. I will support them for as long as I can.
I have ridden for years. When I was young I had a traumatic experience which involved being first on the scene of a fatal motorcycle crash. I owe something to that man who was and still is an innocent victim.
As a Biker who has lost a loved one due to a teen drunk driver. This kind of organization helps spread the word of hope and awareness to others. Great cause...
I don't really have a story but I am a Rider and one of our greatest enemies out there is A drunk operator. It's bad enough having to deal with drivers In Motor Vehicles but I refuse to ride with anyone that's been drinking as well.
MAny of my friends were killed by drunk drivers or driving drunk in some cases i always try to keep anyone from that so whit things i do and say i represent the spirit of that organization and i think its needed all around the world not because it's cool to be a member but to make people ask whats that on your jacket because the more they know and spread themselfs the more lifes we can save
B.A.D.D. is an outstanding organization that goes above and beyond to educate and bring awareness about the perils of driving under the influence of any substance that impairs your ability to operate a motor vehicle. Thank you for all you do and may God bless you.
I just want to tell you all that I think you all are amazing and wonderful people for what you guys are doing to help these children outthatt can't help themselves. My boyfriend and I are thinking about going the Missouri group.
The things I have seen and read about this organization are phenomenal! They make me proud to ride and call myself a biker!!!!! :-)
I'm not even sure if my first contact with what I was a B.A.D.D was and actual member or not. Leaving a bar afterppool league one night I saw two guys loading a bike on a trailer and of course being a brother of the wind I asked and offered any assistance. One of the brothers said all was good just helping a brother out and then he when on to explain that the owner of the bike had alittle to much to drink so he called them to pick him up. He then handed me a card with a trailer and bike on it that said dial a ride. On the back it explained how they were a group that if called they would cone out, trailer your bike and yourself and give u a ride home, all free of charge and it was run by them as a way to give back to the brotherhood. I was blown away and as they and the intoxicated brother rode of I saw a b.a.d.d sticker on their bumper and I've never forgotten that. I love the brotherhood and how so many (as yourselves) give and give to help ensure our way of life and the millions of lives your message in general save. Much honor and respect for all you good people do !! Chief
I think this is a great organization with the work yall do and the message about awareness for drunk driving. I have had friends killed by drunks drivers so this hits close to home. Keep up the great work God bless.
We Need to stand Against Driving and Killing / injuring People . I feel you are a wonderful organization .
We need one in every state to help change laws or reduce pled for the ones whom do not take reasonability serious when behind the wheel ...
B.A.D.D. Is an amazing organization. They are always trying to get the word out about how awful drunk driving is and the effects it can have on innocent people. I love this organization and everything it stands for!
Having a group that really stands up for bikers and is against drunk drivers is a win win in my book!
Keep up the good work so desperately needed! We have so many drunk driving accidents. Keep spreading the word. Thank you for all you do!
What a great thing you are doing. BADD is GOOD! I once used to drink and ride but once seeing the effects it has on people I have changed my ways. Keep up the goodworkand spread the word.
Thank you for making this organization. So many lives are lost every day due to alcohol and vehicles. Its about time people put an end to it. The only way we will end it is to raise awareness. Thank you guys and girls of this group.
I Think This Organization Supports A Good Cause! Definitely Have My Vote! Keep Up The Good Work Smiling!!
I have seen the work this organization does and it is truly wonderful!! A great supporter not only o the motorcycle community but an aggressive supporter against "drinking and driving". Truly commendable!!
BADD is a very useful and needed organization. With the amount of drunk driving accidents involving motorcycles climbing the public needs to be made aware of the vulnerability of us bikers. We share the roads and are very vulnerable if drivers are distracted especially if they are drunk.
With so many Fellow Riders taken from us TOO SOON from the Fault of DRUNK DRIVERS...we need to SHOUT OUT to the World of Drinkers!!! DON 'T DRINK & DRIVE!!!FAMILY & LOVED ONES, STRANGERS & FRIENDS, Share This & Shout Out FOR ALL to HEAR!!!
It is a fact that too many lives are taken by drinking and driving nationwide. I want to do my part and help support being against drunk driving.
I lost my Father at the age of 9 & my favorite Uncle a year later to drink drivers. The man who hit my Dad on his bike had already had several DUI's on his record. I'm glad there are now people who are fighting for those who have died & those who still ride. I still ride because my Dad loved to ride. Nothing makes you feel so free. It's a shame that some people don't have any respect for human life. I give you FIVE STARS!!!!
Great organization. One of my family members was injured on his motorcycle by a drunk driver. This organization is doing great things!
I am definitely against driving drunk! To have a non profit organization to help fight against drunk driving is awesome! I do as many bike charity rides as possible! Im all for B.A.D.D.
I lost my Uncle when I was 17 years old to him driving druck. Lucky the only person he kil was himself and part of my heart. That is when I became an advocate to my family and friends about drinking and driving. Now I am a designated driver to a few people. They know they can call me at anytime they need a ride home.
I have always been against drinking and driving . My husband and I love riding our motorcycles and try to support many rides but uowever we refuse to go on rides with bar stops. Nothing against bars its we don't want to stop at them while riding too many people slam a beer at those stops and puts the whole group in jeopardy so we shy from the bar stop rides.
I have always been against drinking and driving and riding my motorcycle. BADD just personifies my beliefs. I have heard testimony from others about how much they help others and stand by the bikers code!!
As a survivor, being put on my death bed due to the senseless actions of a drunk driver still today upsets me! Five and a half months pregnant and having my child to be delivered into the world before his time and me being giving hours to live unless I had major surgery to repair internal damages is not the way you want to remember labor. I give God all the Glory and I'm thankful that I'm still here to tell my story! I think your organization is a wonderful thing! What you are doing to help individuals and their families is beyond expressing in words! All I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!! Please continue the awesome work that you do!
I started riding again after I got sober. I am so grateful for each clean day the past 12 years. This organization has a powerful statement to send. I will be proud to endorse B.A.D.D.
After spending ten plus years on a volunteer rescue squad and seeing my fair share of drunk driver related accidents and the pain caused by drunk drivers , this organization and the service they provide is amazing !
I think this non profit org. Is one of the best things a person or group can do is protect and serve our people all people! I lost a very good friend due to a drunk driver, "Jackly" will be forever missed. His son was to young to remember much about him. This cause is a Nobel and honorable one.Everyone always wants to run from bikers, but there is no reason to,many like this org, B.A.D.D
This is a very good Cause. They have been there for a number of people. I back what they are doing 100%. They do a lot of good things. When ever and where ever they are needed. Keep up the good work you all. Your fantastic.
My brother was killed after friends drank and decided to drive in 1992. My Mother was part of MADD! Please keep spreading the word!!
I am the president of Riders for Vets, an active member of Gaston County CBA and now a proud follower of Bikers Against Drunk Drivers. This is an awesome organization fighting a never-ending battle against drunk drivers. The more awareness we can bring to this organization, the safer we all will be on our roads. This is one of the true meanings of brotherhood and sisterhood in the biker world pulling together to stop driving drunk and speak out for the victims that can no longer speak for themselves. I will continue to support B.A.D.D and do everything I can to bring awareness to this organization and their cause. Thank you for everything you do.
This Organization is needed to be the voice of those who can't. I am speaking of those who have lost their lives to drunk drivers. It is a great place to let the families express their grief and share their loved ones lives with the rest of the world. Kudo's to the B.A.D.D. Organization!!
B.A.D.D. is a perfect example of there being good in people! Except, theyre great!!! I do whatever I can to let people know not only how dangerous it is to themselves and others to drive intoxicated, but also show them scars from being a victim of one such intoicated driver. While working an outdoor venue I had this pleasure of meeting a couple members of B.A.D.D this past summer. I tell you, it was like meeting celebrities!!!! Keep up all the fantastic work yall do!
So glad that this Organization exists, the awareness and the support you provide is phenomenal. GOD BLESS you all.
Absolutley hands down the best of hearts and support out there!!! Could not ask for better.:) if help is needed these people are THE first to do ALL they can!
As members of the Concerned Bikers Association my husband and I are proud to support Bikers Against Drunk Drivers. There is a simple solution to this problem, just don't drink and drive. So many people loose loved one because of someone else's stupidity. Bikers have to be twice as careful, if a drunk driver can't see a car, they surely can't see a motorcycle! With organizations like B.A.D.D. at least we stand a chance of bringing awareness to this on going problem. Wake up people and pay attention, B.A.D.D is trying to tell you something: LOOK TWICE SAVE A LIFE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE
B.A.D.D. is a great organization, please show your support and help raise awareness!
Amazing work by amazing people who ride amazing machines! They are always victorious in a never ending battle against drunk driving! God bless B.A.D.D.!
Great cause for awareness, Thank you B.A.D.D. for what you do. keep up the good job and spreading the word.
Awsome raise awareness for motorcycle drivers

And the death that is caused by drunk driving
I am a professional driving instructor working with students every day, these kids need to see the danger in driving drunk. we teach them on the road and in class that this will kill you, your friends, and innocent people
we use our bikes to get their attention and then give them the message that we are BIKERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVERS ! when they see this we think it hits home instead of just preaching to them--HELP SPREAD THE WORD ! THANKS TO THESE GUYS---SUPPORT THEM ANYWAY YOU CAN-
I love that we have this group to raise the awareness of bikers loosing there lives to drunk drivers.
B.A.D.D has a great story. They are standing up for what they believe in.We as bikers need to come together as one and spread the word against drunk drirves.I was lucky enough to walk away from getting hit by a drunk driver on my bike a few years ago. Im blessed to be apart of a bitherhood like this. Thank you guys for what you have done and going to do.

Being seen is hard enough as it is. Getting the awareness out there in any way is a bonus. Using social media to do it is an incredibly powerful tool to that end. HUGE Kudos to Bikers Against Drunk Drivers - B.A.D.D. for giving me a way that I can participate in doing what I can as a biker to increase awareness.
These People are Fantastic !....They promote Safe & Sober Riding, they have give-aways to raise funds for Helping. Those Who have been victimized by drunk drivers, & have paid for Funeral expenses for Families who have been devastated by accidents.....I've been lucky, I havn't been a victim, /ut I've also been Sober for 21+ yrs, & I've been very impressed by their good deeds, selflessly helping those in need......jeep the shiny side up !
