Waste of time. After months of cooperating and answering all of their questions and providing everything they asked me for, nothing. If they can't help an unemployed, single mom with a disabled son get housing after 9 months, I don't know who they can help. Disgusting waste of federal funding. 3 out more

The Illumination Foundation (IF) is a non-profit 501 (c) (3), non-denominational, grassroots organization that addresses the crisis of homelessness in Orange County through integrated services that provide appropriate solutions.
