Mission: The mission of zufall health is to provide quality, affordable, and culturally competent health care in partnership with our patients and the community in northern and central new jersey. With the guidance of our consumer board and the efforts of our dedicated staff, we offer access to a broad array of medical and enabling services designed to eliminate health disparities and to improve the quality of life of our community.
Programs: Zufall health center provides medical, dental & behavioral health to more than 36,000 uninsured and underinsured patients and more than 130,000 medical, dental & behavioral health visits to low income community residents. Zufall health center provided specially targeted health care services to the homeless, residents of public housing and migrant farm workers in northwest new jersey.
