Programs: Perpetuating the spirit of mardi gras through a processional (parade) through downtown galveston for one day during the mardi gras season. Royal court is given special recognition and beads are thrown to the crowds. Crowd numbers affected are estimated at 2,000.

Estimated number of children is 300. Other charity work throwing party for nursing home and galveston beach clean-up. Estimated affected for nursing home is 30 and beach clean-up unknown.

celebration of choice of krewe big daddy and big momma. Applies to all krewe members, approximately 100 people.

prepare a traditional pancake breakfast for children, parents and staff of a local school on fat tuesday. Royalty is present to hand out beads. Number of participants is around 75.
