I am the Volunteer & Nonprofit Engagement Manager (sort of like a volunteer matchmaker!) at Volunteer New York!, and I love referring our volunteers to YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester's projects. Whether volunteers are teaching basic computer courses, donating essential supplies, collecting devices for the residents, or assisting with the Sisters' Closet, we appreciate the team's professionalism and the variety of their projects. Isabella in particular is delightful to work with! Thank you YWCA for keeping our volunteers engaged and for allowing us to connect with our neighbors in need to make our communities stronger.
The Supervised Visitation, Safe exchange programs staff and newly hired Director need extensive training.
The Director has unprofessional manners and low levels of knowledge in this program.
YWCA Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Center recently hired a new Director .
This new Director of the YWCA court Programs is terrible.
Her initials are D.H.
She reports what she wants to report and basis her reports not supported by actual data .
Tape any encounters with her as she is a pathological liar.
