Yoga Haven is one of the best non-profits I’ve ever worked with. Their heart and soul shines through in every experience with their team. I’ve done multiple activations with them and each time I am in awe of the dedication, kindness, & professionalism they portray. They continue to expand and help those in need in Las Vegas with yoga. It is a beautiful thing to watch people heal & become empowered with this practice. Thank you so Honey & Natalie for starting this movement!

I first met Yoga Haven when they had just started out and we’re getting it off the ground.

Since then, they’ve already gone on to donate hundreds of yoga classes and added so many new title 1 schools and related nonprofits.

It’s definitely grass roots and expect it to
continue to grow.

Yoga Haven does so much to help the community, particularly at risk youth who are in need of alternative ways such as yoga to help them cope through trauma or just a way to help further connect with themselves and each other. They partner with many organizations and with the help of volunteers, to provide yoga free to these communities. I'm happy to be a part of this wonderful organization!

Yoga Haven has been amazing. They started their journey with us at the Alternative Peer Group a year ago. We are an after school program for teens in recovery. The kids enjoy the yoga that Yoga Haven provides, and the staff are extremely grateful for them giving their time to do this with us.

I had the pleasure of working with Yoga Haven for a few of my children and women groups. The instructors were able to provide free useful tools for our clients. The owners are very passionate about what they do. I seen a major improvement in our children and women. I highly recommend this organization.

This wonderful organization helps kindhearted enthusiastic yoga teachers bring yoga to children in vulnerable urban areas. It is important for these underserved populations to have access to the healing, calming, self-care, and inner peace that yoga affords. Yoga Haven's team works to improve the mental health of deserving youth and other sensitive groups who might otherwise fall through the cracks and be forgotten in the hustle and bustle of life in our busy city. Yoga is an effective form of somatic therapy that creates lasting positive impact on students' lives. Yoga offers these young people a means of control for their own inner state; an invaulable gift to a child who may otherwise feel powerless to change their circumstances. The importance of this nonprofit's role in the wellbeing of our community cannot be overstated.

Yoga Haven recently partnered with Communities In Schools at Johnston Middle School. Kaleigh Mancha is the amazing yoga Instructor. Burgundi , our CIS Coordinator helps plan yoga sessions through the PE classes every Thursday. Kaleigh provides classes to about 70-80 students! During Lunch, they invite between 15-20 students to do meditation in the CIS ZEN Room.

I attended one of the classes and practiced Yoga with the students. The weather has allowed outdoor practice in the field that faces the park across the street. It was an all boy class and they were all so willing to practice. At the end of the class, I heard many of the boys say how relaxed they felt. They also commented on hearing the birds and seeing the blue sky. It was such an amazing experience to be a fly on the wall. Many of the students at Johnston MS have gone through a traumatic experience and these classes have definitely helped us so much.

I love the energy that Yoga Haven has brought to Johnston MS! We appreciate the partnership and the support! CIS loves Yoga Haven! We love Kaleigh!
