Terrible. This place is kind of like a religious cult. There is high employee turnover and little to no leadership from the owner. The staff is not used to dealing with clients parents. They basically do what they want and don't answer to anyone. The Quality Control Manager staff can become vindictive when client parents start asking questions and try to hold them to their own rules and regulations.
