Mission: To eliminate poverty in low income families in Israel by mobilization of resources (human and material); to develop a local and national grassroots network whose aim is to provide food and emergency relief to a minimum of 2,500 families weekly and educational enrichment to 1,000 children and youth aged 6-18, and pre-vocational training for youth aged 15-18 weekly, as an alternative to street life; and to provide bread and other basic staples on a daily basis at greatly reduced costs or no cost to those who

I am a disabled US Veteran on a small income but I make sure my donation to Yad Ezra is the very first thing I do every month. I have been blessed to be able to donate to Yad Ezra.

I work for the Jerusalem branch of Yad Ezra v'Shulamit. The staff, both paid and volunteers, put their all into this organization. They work hard to help those in need by providing food, clothing and school supplies for children, and helping the breadwinners of the family find jobs so they can support themselves.
