Mission: XPOC (XPERIENCED PreHome OWNERSHIP COUNSELORS), founded in 2000, grew out of the need of the ongoing problem of permanent and affordable housing for homeless mentally disabled persons and persons returning home from the criminal justice system. Moreover, XPOC strives to educate the general public on the do's and don'ts of looking for and purchasing affordable housing. XPOC also seeks special financing for those in need by brokering with brokers, banks, and other entities involved in affordable housing.
