Mission: WYOU Community Television provides both the means and skills to any and all members of the Madison community to create diverse programming, local in its origin, resulting in alternatives for the viewing public. The station provides camera, editing, studio training, and production networking support. It also provides, with minimum cost of membership ($25 a year/$12low income/student), basic equipment necessary for producing original programming including cameras, lights, tripods, and computers. With these resources at their disposal, community members are able to write, produce, direct, and perform in their own programs.
