Mission: To improve the quality of life for all residents of its primaryservice areas by focusing on meeting the needs of the low-income anddisadvantaged population, and to promote the personal and familygrowth of its constituents as they move toward self-sufficiency.
Programs: Angel action program - angel action is a volunteer program focused onhelping the disadvantaged and those who do qualify for assistancethrough other programs. Approximately 7,600 individuals served.
housing program - the housing program provides general management and- oversight of housing properties that serve the low-income anddisadvantaged population, as well as providing housing services to thehomeless or at-risk population. In addition, the housing programprovides home buyer assistance to enhance the ability of moderate-lowincome families become homeowners, home program to assist low-incomehomeowners with renovations, and weatherization services to reduceoverall energy costs and consumption which increase health, safety,comfort, and home value. Approximately 600 individuals served.
mudpies & milestones - the mudpies & milestones program providesquality childcare for infants and children ages 6 weeks to 5 year. Theprogram also offers universal pre-k and summer camp programs. Approximately 100 individuals served.
