Wright way was an amazing blessing at a time of need for a dear friend. They were struggling and WWr was able to help them with vet care and temporary shelter for their pet, while they worked out their personal situation. Because of Wright-Way, my friend was able to escape with her children and are now safe and are thriving!
So, when it was time to adopt, I went here. The process was easy and I was approved and was able to set up a reservation with no issues. I will be a lifelong donor of this group and will follow the email stories of all the good work they are doing throughout the midwest and South.
I have been trying to adopt a kitten since November 2019. Right now because of Covid19 Wrightway does not return emails, give any individualized attention whatsoever. I have had an approved adoption application, attempted to reserve at least 10 kittens, and I have been passed over without any acknowledgement except for a canned form letter asking for patience. I would hope even with all their applicants they could have some sort of waiting list, and attempt to reach out with something other than a Dear John letter. I actually did have a pet reserved back in January, and when I tried to confirm my appointment they gave my reserved kitty away out from under me.
I guess maybe they are understaffed or underfunded, but with all the 1000’s of applicants they are professing to have I would hope they could reinforce their work force. I am very disappointed in this organization. Hopefully, they treat their animals better than their perspective, approved pet parents.
