Mission: The objective of the foundation is to eradicate malnutrition worldwide by increasing the consumption of soy-based ingredients into already existing food sources where people need it most so they will have adequate nutrition to survive and thrive. As with food, nutrition education is made possible by working with private voluntary and non-governmental humanitarian organizations that implement programs on the ground in developing nations all the while researching and measuring the impact on the health and well-being of children and adults.

Together,this collaboration has taken education and feeding programs fornutrition and health to all corners of the world. The foundationbelieves that soy can fight the malnutrition and hunger of theworld through programs such as the school lunch program in theafrican nations, meeting the nutritional needs of mothers andchildren in honduras and providing soy cows that turn wholesoybeans into soymilk, soy cheese, yogurt and other soyfoodproducts in villages around the world.
