The workshops focus on increasing participants' self confidence, teaches decision-making skills, installs a sense of life purpose, teaches resume and interview skills, presentation skills and tips on how to be a successful employee. All workshops are held on site.
The Day of Self Esteem events are our signature events. The Day of Self Esteem follows the workshop series. Our "guests" attend a motivational seminar and a presentation skills workshop before being assigned a "Personal Shopper" team to select 8-10 quality outfits fit for their career goals. Along with the clothing, our clients receive personal grooming services including haircuts, nail care and accessories. The finale of the event is a Career Fair where the clients, looking their best and felling great about themselves, can interact with prospective employers.
