Mission: Woods hollow children's center is committed to excellence in early childhood education and care. Serving children ages 6 weeks through the end of third grade, its primary mission is to ensure their safety, offering a program that facilitates their healthy growth and development. As an extension of this dedication to children, woods hollow children's center promotes parent involvement in all center activities. Dependent on the expertise of a well-educated staff, woods hollow children's center promotes appropriate employee compensation. Sponsored by promega corporation and the fitchburg center, this commitment to the well being of children, parents, and staff offers a model for replication by other employers and organizations.
Programs: Woods hollow children's center provided high quality full time care and education for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old, monday through friday, year round. We provided continuing education on a monthly basis for staff. Our community outreach committee made blankets for the porchlight homeless shelter as well as hosted an all center children's winter clothing drive for a madison school.
