Mission: To support safe, recreational flying of members through the acquisition and maintenance of well-planned and insured flying sites and the provision of instructional programs to aid in the building and flying of model aircraft.
Programs: The club hosts a variety of community events. During 2014 16 events were hosted at the new field location. Between 400 and 750 people stop by each event to see the airplanes fly and try flying one on one of the club trainer planes. The events are free to the public and feature a variety of planes including wwii and jet flyers.
membership and field maintenance- the membership program allows members access to the field to practice flying and to meet other enthusiasts. Members learn about various planes and flying techniques in a social environment and through newsletters. Over the last two years the membership has moved and developed a new field facility for practice and events.
