Causes: Emergency Assistance, Food, Food Banks & Pantries, Human Services
Mission: The distribution of food, clothing, and services to the surrounding community.
Programs: Food bank: distribute food boxes on a weekly basis serving an average of 400 families per week. Distribute usda commodities monthly to approximately 100 families in need.
clothing bank: distribute clothing, furniture, and household items to families in need varying from 15 to 30 families per day.
services: referrals to agencies including medical and dental clinics in the area to 15 to 30 clients per week. Assist individuals in completing forms for job, welfare, and housing applications, etc. Averaging 6 to 14 per day. Provide 3 to 4 foreign language translations per day between local agencies and clients. Provide rental assistance to individuals in need.
