Programs: The woodhaven retirement community has locations in livonia and bay city. The livonia facilities consists of 73 assisted living beds, 32 nursing beds and 26 independent living apartments. The bay city facility consists of 6 licensed foster care beds and 4 independent living apartments. Services provided to the residents include skilled nursing care, assisted living care, foster care and care for residents with alzheimer's disease and other dementia. Social and life enrichment activity services are also provided to all residents as well as dietary services as requested by the residents.
