Mission: WEOP is an organization led by women of color, that develops and promotes innovative program initiatives fostering the economic advancement of self-employed and women owned small businesses with training, resources, and professional networks. WEOP provides a sense of power, purpose and a platform for women, advocating for policies that leads to business opportunities, financial sustainability, leadership roles, and civic involvement.
