Mission: To help women raise their self-esteem and achieve economic independence through sustained employment by advancing positive change in the lives of women, their families and the community, one woman at a time.

Programs: SIGNATURE PROGRAM: WEN’s Employment Preparation and Career Transition Training Program is uniquely structured to meet the varying needs and skill levels of women in all stages of employment: those who are unemployed, underemployed, laid off, new to the job market or seeking to re-enter the workplace. This five-week program includes assessments, resume development, interview strategies and mock interviews, financial coaching and education, and job search assistance. FINANCIAL COACHING & CREDIT BUILDING: Take the first step towards your financial goals by meeting with our financial coach. We help you keep to your budget, improve your credit, and can even help you get ready to start a business.
