Programs: The Women Veterans Unity Group active programs are: The Women Veterans Unity Support meetings for hospitalized patients held at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (in its 11th year/monthly), Inland Empire Women Veterans Unity meetings (in its 4th year/monthly), Saddleback College Unity Meetings (2009-2012), Beautification and Empowerment program (in its 8th yearly/reoccurring), Thank A Shero event celebrating Women’s Military History Week (3rd week of March in its 4th year/annual), Saddleback College VETS Program Veterans Resource Fair (in its 10th year/annual), Saddleback College KSBR 88.5 Birthday BASH (WVUG volunteer/outreach for 9 years/annual), Veterans Affairs Voluntary Service (VAVS), WVUG Because We Care, Vet Children Connect, Vet Youth Connect, Help A Shero Program, VetPriority, Women Veterans Information Conference held at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (in its 9th year/annual), the Thanksgiving Day rehabilitation & addiction recovery marathon (in its 13th year/annual), and in 2016 our 1st state of California Living Trees "Military Women Unity Memorial" to bring awareness to all era of women that served and or serving
