Women Under Construction Network engages women where they are.. but not to leave them there. We are constantly reminded of our value and we share that with those we serve. It is uplifting to work with the leaders who are caring. They genuinely care about helping women to be better while developing life skills and self confidence.. I don't know what could be improved.. it is a stellar non-profit.
I had the opportunity to volunteer with this organization during 21 days of kindness . It was heart warming to give back and receive goodness while giving.
If you are looking for a organization that loves the people they serve, look no further. WUCN is amazing!
What a gem of an organization to support women at all stages and phases of life. I recently attended a Saturday morning conference call that was centered around resentments. I took away so many wonderful notes and strategies to help me place these emotions in their proper place. I just wanted to say thank you for that uplifting message and I took away so much that I’ve incorporated those principles and actions in my daily life. Thank you kindly WomenUnder Construction for your dedication to helping us improve!
Love the work being done! A worthy organization to give to and volunteer with.

Women Under Construction Network is like no other organization! I love seeing women come together for a great cause to empower each other and cheer each other on. Repairing Homes, Building Women, and Changing lives is exactly what this organization is all about. The 21 days of Building Hope across the city was an amazing program this year! The excitement of this inspired me to do share kindness in my own way outside of what WUCN was doing. Keep up the great work Shellie and Leadership Team!!

Women Under Construction is a phenomenal organization. It impowers, uplifts and supports women and communities. This nonprofit is amazing. The only improvement it needs is to be able to reach more women. I am so blessed to be a part of Women Under Construction.
WUCN is serving the community by serving the underserved. They repaired the roof of my mom's home after many attempts had been made. They provided the materials & labor. She is near 90 years of age & complained minimally about the problem, so we were not aware the problem was a severe as it was. I am so grateful for the services they provided. Senior citizens need to have more exposure to their services via PR/word of mouth. Thank you WUCN!
This organization has been life changing for me. It gives me great pleasure to part of a positive group of women that work to change lives and help others. In addition to making new friends I've connected with a diverse group of professionals.

WUCN is an organization that help women develop themselves in areas they would never think of, whether spiritual, mentally or emotional. It also reaches out to help in the community and have monthly conference calls discussing different helpful topics. At this time, I see no area in which to improve.
This non-profit is doing great work. Volunteering is easy and efficient and their leadership is great.
I thoroughly enjoy the WUCN socials. There is so much laughter and unbiased acceptance. You don't meet strangers. Whether you have long nails and lashes or not you can learn to make basic home repairs. The life lessons by Shellie are amazing when coupled with a building principle/ tool.
This is a truly 5* organization dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives with education, referrals, and doing home repairs. Their latest project 21 Days of Hope focused on giving women special opportunities by buying gas for them, repairing homes for the elderly, honoring first responders like firemen, EMT's, police officers and medical staff, over a period of 21 days in June honoring these women with gift cards, baskets, how to make a will, legal services and much much more their goal is to give women an opportunity to make changes in their lives that will lead to better circumstances for them and their Children with the help of many volunteers.

I have been participating in their various offerings of Help with building lives..they are truly invested in making women understand their value...so many have been used and abused in life that it takes a special person to bring them around to understand that they are worth being loved and respected. I have been encouraged and uplifted through many of Shellie's teachings and presentations. Her spiritual view on God and His Help and care along with Her practical applications of tools and building are wonderful and easy to understand and apply. I thank God for her and Women Under Construction for all that has helped me to grow and be a strong woman of God and a blessing to others
WUCN is vibrant, innovative and filled with supportive volunteers. The events, and workshops are appropriate for a variety of feminine concerns. We need more!

Being a part of this organization for the past 4 years has stretched my mind and my spirit. AWESOME GROUP!!
The Women Under Construction Network is by far one of the area's most impactful self improvement mediums for women of all ages and backgrounds. I've been connected to this organization for over five years and have personally observed the life altering affect that the leaders of WUCN have had on the women in my community and beyond. WUCN has effected positive change not only in the lives of women of my city but women across the US.
I can think of no other organization more deserving of continued support and recognition for its significant contributions to society.
I am grateful for Women Under Construction Network and the efforts that this organization has undertaken in working with several of our technology majors at Miles College. By partnering with us, WUCN has been a training ground for our students as they have come through our Community Service Internship class. WUCN has given our students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience prior to their entering the world of work. In addition, our students have received valuable mentorship through WUCN which enables them to grow as individuals and as productive members of society. I am so appreciative of the opportunities that this joint venture has afforded our students. I look forward to all of the great things that WUCN will bring to bear in the years to come. Thank you, WUCN!

The Women Under Construction Network is such a blessing to our community! True to their mission of empowering women and changing lives, the WUCN helps women from all backgrounds overcome obstacles like insecurity, fear, and poor self esteem. Not only can you learn how to use a power drill for basic home repair projects, you can also learn how to drill down emotionally to become more persistent in setting and pursuing your life goals. With projects, seminars, and activities ranging from Mother - Daughter workshops to programs designed for single mothers, the WUCN touches women of all ages. I highly recommend this organization for anyone interested in becoming better at living and loving themselves and others.

Women Under Construction Network is an awesome organization that uplifts and empowers women in a unique way; using simple home repair tips and tools. This simple approach empowers us to perform simple home repairs and LIFE repairs simultaneously. Utilizing the understanding of how tools work in the natural makes it easy to see how this same concept can enhance us in all areas of our lives: spirit, soul & body. The live events that I have attended were amazing: the props, the singing, the food, the fun, the smiles, the people, the speakers, the lessons learned, etc. I do not have adequate words to describe the energy in the room. You would have to be there to embrace the full power of the experience. Women Under Construction uniquely uses tools and home repairs to talk about life, to repair homes, build women and change lives.
As a Board member and volunteer, it has been an honor and very exciting privilege to witness the great work that Women Under Construction Network has provided for women in our community. The WUCN motivational meetings, informative have served to encourage and educate women from all walks of life. WUCN provides fun and entertaining life "object" lessons while educating and motivating women. WUCN certainly fills that need at this time to encourage, build and empower all women and affecting change in their lives and the families we love.
I highly commend this organization for its creative approach to helping to build women and change lives.

Since 2014, many of the events that I have attended, I didn't know I needed to work on myself until I saw how many other women were experiencing the same kinds of everyday issues. WUCNetwork has helped me understand that I'm not alone.
I will be forever under construction and always grateful to have the opportunity to see what's next! If you are considering attending the next upcoming event, you won't be disappointed!
