Mission: The WISC(Women in Sports Careers) Foundation was founded in 1999, and grew out of the need to help retain women in sports related careers. The Foundation educates girls and women about career management and the complexities of the career process. It also provides the tools, resources and practical solutions for effective career management, as offered by female sports industry leaders. The Foundation can provide a supportive networking environment through workshops, seminars and conferences, with available contacts and opportunities. Lastly, the Foundation will challenge, inspire and motivate women to follow their career dreams.
