On April 12, 2014, my daughter won a WGASC scholarship. She was presented with an award and was given a firm to complete and return. We returned the form on May 3, 2014 via fax (we have the confirmation). The form said the funds would be disbursed to the institution of her choice on July 1, 2014. As of August 15, 2014, the funds have not arrived. Both my daughter and I have called only to get their voice mail. My daughter has emailed twice and they have not yet sent the funds to her college.
As a seasoned 501c3 CFO, I will be escalating the issue to the fullest extent of the law.
