WATTS truly stepped up its operations coming out of Covid. Originally, WATTS was setup the cold winter months so that the homeless had a place to stay overnight to keep from freezing. WATTS has since then added a warming center during the daytime in the winter and also a cooling center for the daytime in the hot summer months. Next up is adding more formalized transitional service to help our homeless guests break out of homelessness.
WATTS has an active board that does a lot of work outside of board meetings in order to keep operational costs down so that the majority of funds can go towards helping our homeless guests.
