WHOA is an amazing equine rescue! It's one of the best I've seen and I've been involved with horses since the 60's! Kara started rescuing horses long before she started WHOA and now that Amanda has joined, their combined experience provides for top notch care and love for neglected and abused animals who would otherwise be left to die in other hands. WHOA is a legit equine rescue. The ladies who run it are selfless, caring, generous, angels among the horses.
