I called and talked to a lady at this agency and her name is Dwana WIlliams, she was so helpful and so knowledgeable about how to help those facing homelessness. I cannot thank her enough for all the help, the resources and comfort I got from speaking with Dwana. Dwana really helped me feel a sense of comfort and it is because of her that I was able to assist and find help for my relative. So thank you so very much Dwana for your time, your comfort, your knowledge and for all the resources. Your professionalism and help really makes a person feel like they have support.
