the majority of program expenses and revenue for housing relate to the national foreclosure settlement program. The goal of the national foreclosure settlement program is to mitigate the ripple effects of the foreclosure crisis by prioritizing collaborative proposals designed to foster long-term sustainability in focused areas. As a participant in this program, the center utilizes nfs funds to rehabilitate and sell homes in target areas. The program rehabilitated 3 homes in the past year.
weatherization assistance is designed to help low-income residents save fuel and money while increasing the comfort of their homes. In the past year, the program weatherized 74 homes.

Horrible place the manager is extremely errogant and extremely rude she made unprofessional comments during an application process that another worker was helping me in. She should be fire be ready to be question personal questions that they shouldnt be asking.
