Volunteering for Wicahpi Koyaka Tiospaye has developed my understanding of the impact of programs from events, community, and curriculum to a more wholesome place of creating and fostering a new Way of Life...one that serves others, spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through my time working with WKT, I have become a more grateful, inspired, and compassionate person. I have met my greatest mentors, my best friends, grown in my capacity to appreciate life, and I feel more a part of community. The impact and strengthening of the WKT family that I have seen over the last 5-6 years has been absolutely life-changing.
